Description
The villa is surrounded by a cultivated olive groves and a garden of more than 3,000 sqm around the property.
18 km from the sea (20 min.), famous sea places to visit as Porto Ercole and Porto Santo Stefano, Talamone (Capalbio is slightly more distant, 15-16 km), 25 km from Saturnia - Thermal Bath .
The villa is on 2 floors, each bedroom and common areas have direct access to the garden.
Entrance to the open space living room and kitchen, dining room which can be completely open to become a patio in summer time.
The lower level is connected to the main swimming pool floor through both internal and external stairs.
The infinity pool has a saltwater system pool with outdoor shower.
Bedrooms (totally 5):
2 double bedrooms (1 with also a single sommier) on the lower floor with direct access to the garden,
1 TV room with 1 queen size bed sofa on the main swimming pool floor with bathroom in front of the room
2 double bedrooms (one with sommier) with large and double basins bathrooms on the main floor with direct access to the garden.
Indoor facilities:
living room with fireplace, patio with wicker sofas, kitchen with double doors fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. IPOD station.
TV room with 42 inch plasma screen with surround sound system, multifunction printer, WI-FI connection inside and outside the house.
Laundry room with ironing board, sink, washing machine and dryer.
The house has the criteria for natural and eco-friendly construction, an important insulation from the heat, equipped with a refrigeration system with summer openings that allow natural ventilation.
Outdoor facilities: sun beds, 3 adults bikes and 1 children bike, 4(one with sommier) patios for relaxing (one in each part of the house), wicker sofas for more than 12 people with cushions and wood poufs for relaxing, 1 pool close gazebo with wooden table and chairs. BBQ
