Urban Retreat 1 is a one-bedroom holiday home that makes a warm welcome with cozy contemporary design and finishing. Centrally located in Malate and close to all of Manila's major tourist hotspots with access to shopping centers, trendy restaurants and bars, it is a sanctuary from the city's hustle and bustle and great jump off point to seeing the city.
Our fully furnished 1 bedroom unit is situated right at the heart of Malate, a tourist belt area. We're a few minutes away from the one of the biggest malls called SM Mall of Asia and a few steps away from Robinson's Ermita Mall. Intramuros, the famous Walled City back in the Spanish era gives tourists a glimpse of a significant part of Philippine History including magnificent old Churches. The beautiful manila Bay sunset can be enjoyed from your own balcony with a stunning view of Manila Bay. Roxas Boulevard is just a few minutes away and a great place to walk around the baywalk. Makati Commercial District and the international/domestic airports are also nearby.
Kids will enjoy the nearby SM Mall of Asia with play gyms, IMAX movie theatre, giant ferris wheel etc. Also the Manila Ocean Park, Luneta Park and many other places of interest.

“Exceptional place”
This was a great stay close to anything needed and a great staff always willing to help you. Noel was there when needed only an email away. Highly recommended. Manila Mansion is the name.

“This place was great.”
The view is amazing. It has a microwave and a washing machine in the unit. THe place is rather spacey, and the bed is nice. I would book again.
