A modest yet spacious private retreat in a lush garden setting. Convenient access to the main road and transportation to the beaches or amenities in town.- 2 bedroom, 2 bath, A/C, free Wi-Fi, daily maid service, TV/Cable/DVD in bedrooms. - Sleeps 4-6, 1 king, 1 queen, sleeper futon in the living room - 2 spacious bathrooms with roomy glass block shower areas- Living-dining-kitchen: large open area with almond wood cathedral ceiling, air conditioning, ceiling fans and dramatic lighting. It has a great spaces for entertaining indoors and out, yet many options to get away and chill. - Private Pool, 12x15 and covered outdoor dining area off the living room with view of the mountains- Washer Dryer, plenty of closets and a safe- Everything you need, full kitchen, microwave, kitchenware, towels, linens- Knowledgeable and helpful property manager to assist with your transportation needs to and from airports, tour arrangements and restaurant recommendations.

How do damage deposits work?

If Howard (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
