“Perfect House Perfect Location Incredible Views Excellent Owners”

We took our first visit to Manzanillo for my wife's birthday in aug 2012. The house is cozey with all the needed amenities needed to enjoy a weekend or week at the beach. The water is literally a 60 second walk from your front door! We loved the roof-top cabana - incredible sunsets and views of Santiago Bay. The owners...Wow! I communicated with Kate and, as a cautious person who was somewhat leary of wire transfers and rentals in Mexico, can say that everything went perfect - from Katie, to the house, to armando (the property manger with lots of great recommendations for food!), to the nice quiet (yet family fun!) experience!

The accommodations are fabulous the individual rooms are spacious and the beds clean and comfortable. Dave and Katie are wonderful host and assisted with day trips to other areas of this region as well as showing us the neighboring Saturday market and of course the lovely local town and people of Santiago Bay. If you are looking for nightlife this is not your place. If you are looking for romantic views and time alone in the evening, Casa de Los Suenos is the perfect hideaway. Just let your host know what you are wanting out of your vacation.

Wonderful location, close to the beach, amenities within walking distance.
The Villa had everything we needed, the roof top deck was the best place to spend your time.
The food options were amazing, never had a bad meal. Prices were really reasonable.
Saturday market days are a must do. Thanks to Katie guiding us through the first time, we gained wisdom and made new friends.
Everything you could think of was available to us in the Villa.

Our holiday started when we first booked our stay at the blue house. Dave and Katie were most helpful in fulfilling our needs and expectations. Dave was at the airport to meet us and was very knowledgeable about the history of the surounding areas. If you want to enjoy some of the best marlin fishing in the world Dave can arrange that for you at a very resonable rate, and if you just want to hang around the beach all day it's got a great surf. You will not find a better host than Dave and Katie. We loved it so much we are going back next year for two weeks.

Just got back from this brand new house- we loved it. Great price for all you get- three bedrooms, rooftop palapa and so close to the water that you hear the waves pounding the beach as your background music. The beach is quiet and peaceful here with great waves for playing. want a little calmer, it is just a quick walk a little further south to a tranquil part of the bay with wonderful snorkeling.
The folks who rent this place are simply the some of the nicest people around- helping us out immensely when the bags did not arrive from the airport. If the owners are not around the caretaker is another super helpful person who is a pleasure to interact with.
House is brand new and everything is really top notch. Fluffy towels, boogie boards for the kids, a great outdoor shower for when you come in from the beach. I love to cook and the kitchen had everything I needed to make great food. Definitely, I plan to be back.

We stayed at Casa de los Suenos with family and friends--there were 6 of us and there was lots of room in the house. The house was great--brand new, clean, light and airy, with good furniture, hot showers, internet, laudry, beds and linens. The house has a wonderful, tiled patio on the roof where we loved to sit and enjoy the views of the ocean.
Our hosts were super friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us. The house is at the beach on a quiet lane, but walking distance to all amenities. We enjoyed local restaurants but cooked many wonderful seafood dinners in the fully-equipped modern kitchen. Just walk down to the great seafood market in the a.m., buy a few veggies and fresh bread--throw it all in the fridge (all the local stores and stands have prices displayed so buying is easy). Yum!
The beach is very nice and stretches for miles. We are going back this year and spending 2 weeks instead of 1. (we'd spend longer if we could!)
