Casa Faya Lobi Perfect Beach and Nature Getaway
Manzanillo, Puntarenas, Costa Rica
Additional Location Information
Faya Lobi is located in the heart of Manzanillo, just 200 meters from the beach. Manzanillo is a small, laid-back fishing village with about 250 inhabitants, largely influenced by Afro-Caribbean traditions and customs and is a pleasant and relaxed place with friendly locals. The village is the last town south of the surfing town of Puerto Viejo. The main attraction of Manzanillo is its fabulous white sand beach that is lined with palm trees and jungle and is bathed in the calm and gentle waters of the Caribbean Sea with an amazing coral reef just offshore. This makes Manzanillo a perfect spot for snorkeling, swimming and even scuba diving.
A great beach and nature holiday on Costa Rica’s Caribbean coast near Puerto Viejo!
Tourists and locals visit Manzanillo for a delicious meal in the infamous Maxi’s restaurant, which is famous for its lobster and fresh seafood. If seafood is not for you, they do of course have other dishes. You can also enjoy the sea views whilst enjoying a drink.
There is plenty to see and do in Manzanillo; fishing, dolphin watching (there are three species of dolphin (email: hidden) in the waters in the area), surfing, nature excursions, hiking, to name just a few.
