Get away from the outside world at this lovely hide-away that includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a pull-out-sofa. There's a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico from every room in the house. We've made an effort to provide the things that will make your stay comfortable, fun and enjoyable. You'll love our solar heated pool with spill-over spa.
Got a boat? Our dock can accommodate a boat up to 40 feet and you'll find nearby public launching areas as well as easy access to the Atlantic Ocean. Our side yard can accommodate your boat trailer.
PRIVATE DOCK - FISHING, SWIMMING, SNORKELING, LOCAL BEACHES
You will spend your time walking down our private dock to catch a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico, especially at sunset. Or you can take one of our kayaks and get an up-front view of the placid waters. You’ll want to bring water shoes to walk over the coral bed or sea grass depending on the season.
If you want to swim or snorkel, you can dive in right off the dock (we'll provide the snorkeling gear, you bring the swim trunks). Or use the convenient swim ladder. If this doesn't get you in the Keys mood, three of Florida's top beaches are less than 15 minutes away. You'll be glad to get your feet wet in the crystal-clear Atlantic Ocean waters. There’s Sombrero, Coco Plum or Bahai Honda. At the beach, you can bask in the warm sun, swim, or snorkel.
A trip to the Keys would not be complete without fishing. Take our fishing equipment (rods and reels) grab your own tackle and bait and set out on a quest to grab yellowtail, mangrove snapper, grunts, tarpon, bone fish and all the other species native to the Keys. Don't forget about taking those famous spiny lobsters in season. The Keys are famous for fishing, whether it's back-country, fly, bottom, reef or deep sea. You can hire guides, charters
and party boats which are all locally available for a fun day on the water.
SIGHT-SEEING AND ENTERTAINMENT
Call ahead to swim with the dolphins at the nearby Dolphin Research Center or just spend a few hours enjoying a fun filled day there.
Still not enough? There's a bike trail nearby that'll take you to the famous Seven-mile bridge (even better, we'll provide the bikes). With several great restaurants nearby featuring the Keys' finest and freshest seafood, there's always a place to whet your appetite. Last and certainly not least, Key West is less than an hour away. Key West is the perfect place for a day trip where you can shop, eat, and watch live entertainment. There are lots of cultural activities, museums and tours available. Don't miss sunset celebration at Mallory Square.

I have stayed at Gerrys House a few times over the years. It is very, peaceful, private home. The screened in deck looking out to the gulf is so relaxing a great place to eat dinner. The pool is nice place to hang out and cool off.
I love walking down the dock with a drink and watch the sun set there is nothing like it. The only thing I will hate is when I have to leave. I will be back next year thank you for sharing your home with us.

We stayed just this past November for a week. The house is beautiful, and a great location. The view from the balcony is spectacular! This home is fully equipped, with everything and not having to pack so much was a huge plus! The bikes and fishing were so much fun! We can't wait to come back!

What a great place to stay! The inside of the house is really nice and very comfortable with plenty of room. The screened in porch is the best part because it has a beautiful view of the water and is very relaxing. The pool and hot tub are awesome. So much is provided at this house to include kayaks, bikes, toys, fishing and snorkel gear, books, cds and movies. We love the Keys and will definitely be back to this house!

We stayed at this beautiful house for a week in May. It is the perfect place to just relax and enjoy the pool, porch, and dock. Or do what we did and take full advantage of the amenities of the house! We walked every morning, dipped in the pool, hot tub, and bay (love the swim ladder off the dock!), used the kayaks, fishing and snorkeling equipment, and biked every day. Our kids loved the pool and also had fun looking for sea creatures off the dock. We enjoyed the quiet and privacy of the location coupled with the proximity to many attractions like the Dolphin Research Center, Sombrero Beach, Crane Point Hammock, the Turtle Hospital shopping, and restaurants. Plus it's only an hour to Key West! Overall it was a fantastic family vacation with just the right amount of activity and relaxation!

The best part for us was the panoramic view from the porch/balcony. Such a nice place have drinks, eat and play games. We also did snorkeling off the pier.. That was my first time doing snorkeling and kayaking. Walking on the pier at sunset was wonderful. There are many good places to eat nearby. The furnishing are keeping with the "Keys Theme" and very neat and comfortable. I felt so rested upon my return home.

Gerry's Florida House was great! We had a 13 year old and a 20 year old, my husband and myself. We enjoyed the fishing and snorkeling from the pier the most, we didn't even have to leave the property to have fun! Also the pool and hot tub were great! The house was very nice and with every single comfort of home.(especially internet) The house is also easy access to the beach, restaraunts, bars, and Key West. We did it all!

Gerry's Florida House was a perfect spot for our winter getaway. The house is comfortable and private. The views of the water are truly spectacular. Everything we needed was there- kayak, bikes, heated pool and spa, etc. We will not hesitate to return.

You want for nothing in this house. peaceful, relaxing, fun, lots to do. the porch is the best place in the house, we never sit inside, you just want to spend the day enjoying the view. It's close to great places to eat and entertainment. We drive into Key West for the day only an hour away. We fish off the dock and snorkle. The beds are very comfortable. enjoy hot afternoons in the pool and jacuzi. We love to BBQ on the grill and enjoy dinner with some wine on the porch and watch the magnificient sunsets. We enjoy bike rides in the neighborhood. My husband like to kayack on the bay. We come back year after year and look forward to our week in pardise every year.
