Description

The house is located in a huge property surrounded by nature. Lots of trees, palms, monkeys, birds, walking trails and of course the ocean right in front of the house. Rock formations, corals, nice beaches. The place is forty five minutes from Santa Cruz, the same minutes from Tamarindo. It is also walking distance to Marbella beach, which is special for people who like to surf. The house has a big terrace and a covered patio. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, balconies. One bedroom and one bathroom downstairs. Big kitchen with all the appliances. TV with cable. From there you can go to Playa Negra, Playa JUnquillal, Playa Ostional, Playa San Juanillo. All of them beautiful beaches, with restaurants and bars.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
