Description
Villa (with 23700 m2 green areas) at 40 km from PORT city. Property (23,700 m2) is located in an area of pine forest and agriculture fields and vineyards and has a fabulous view of the Tâmega River, to the city and mountains. The property has 2 m stone wall height, in almost 50% of its perimeter and in the upper part has fence on wooden posts with steel net with 1, 5 m height. The House (12 years), ground and construction combined in rustic stone, wood, ceramics and large doors, glazed has 250 m2, 4 bedrooms (with 2 suites + 2 bathrooms) common room with fireplace plus central heating in every room. Swimming pool (7.5 m X 3 m) facing South and exterior areas with large lawns and irrigation system. Have as neighbors, other owners with areas greater than 25,000 m2 land and dwellings of modern architecture being some, recoveries of old houses too. The 400 m is the Tâmega River, and its banks built with pedestrian zones and various berths for boats. The marina, also built recently, already has some small boats and a restaurant, plus a few bars. The mile is the city of Marco de Canaveses and 7 km from Amarante Golf Club. The 40 km to the North, has several cities, notably Guimarães (European Capital of culture 2012) Braga and Vila Real.

“Beautiful house with lovely views”
The house is on the side of a hill. You come in the gates at the bottom of the property. Up a sweeping drive and the first flat land on your left has the pool in it( own towels needed). Oval shape and about 8 breast strokes across. You continue up the hill and hairpin pass the car port and continue up to the house level. Large patio area with bbq at the end. The house has a large living room, dining room and kitchen( has a dishwasher but need to take tablets). To the side is a conservorty with sliding doors with a large dining table, views over Marco de canaveses . Steps outside up to a flat grass area above the house set up as a badminton court. Also on this floor is a laundry room( take washing tablets) and toilet. Up a few steps to a bathroom and three bedrooms. One has a double, one has twin beds and third has 4 single beds and en-suite. Each share a balcony. Up wooden stairs to master bedroom with en-suite and balcony. Unfortunately the large bath was not working. This house sleeps 11. We booked for 8 and when added an extra person we were charged an extra 160€ 14% of that was trip advisors fees. We visited Porto, beaches lovely and trams interesting. An hour away. Amarante had a great water park17.50€ adults. Baião had a market Thursday morning. Marco de Canaveses had a Lidl.

Response from the owner Il y a une contradiction dans cette évaluation avec les autres commentaires sur ce site et avec d'autres sur divers sites Internet. Une note moyenne de 4,9 étoiles. Cette personne, est un menteur et surtout malhonnête. Il a fait la réserve avec la nomination de 10 personnes et après tout ils étaient 13. Et comme il a été appelé à l'attention de ce fait, a commencé les représailles au propriétaire. Il a fait un usage dangereux des appareils électriques dans la maison, même en leur absence. Ils ont endommagé plusieurs choses dans la maison, comme la literie, les serviettes et ont laissé la maison complètement sale le jour de leur départ. À l'extérieur, ils ont manipulé divers équipements hydrauliques tels que des programmateurs d'irrigation et des équipements de piscine. J'ai dû déclencher la valeur du dépôt de garantie, mais malheureusement cela ne suffisait pas. Le comportement était si sauvage que j'ai dû appeler la POLICE pour les mettre à la porte. J'aime beaucoup les invités français, car ils se comportent très bien et laissent toujours la maison impeccable. Je vais faire un contact directement à tous les propriétaires via ce site Web pour donner les informations du nom de ce groupe, afin qu’ils refusent toutes les réservations.
