Condo w/ short walk to dazzling beaches & world-class shopping
So much to do, such a short walk to get there. This 700 square foot, 2nd story condo, with rear western exposure, sleeps four, with one queen bed and a sleeper sofa, and it has one bathroom.
The Beach Club’s private, gated beach access point is a short walk to Paradise Coast and its world-renowned warm sands, spectacular sunsets, and endless array of watersports. Take a parasailing cruise for a bird’s eye view of the ocean. Go on a shelling cruise. Or maybe a self-guided kayak trip. If total relaxation is more your style, lay back with a good book and let the soft waves work their calming magic.
Your condo comes with everything you need for a day at the beach, from beach chairs and an umbrella to a cooler and plenty of beach towels. But maybe you need a new bathing suit first. Not a problem. Your condo is only a short walk from Marco Island’s premier shopping destination, Marco Walk Plaza. It’s filled with clothing boutiques, spas, salons, restaurants, movie theatres and so much more.
Another short walk will take you to Marco Golf and Garden, a miniature golf course in the midst of an award-winning garden.
An even shorter walk downstairs brings you to the Beach Club recreation area, with its deluxe, heated swimming pool. It also offers racquetball courts, shuffleboard, gas grills for poolside picnicking and a social room.
But perhaps the most scenic walk you’ll take on this trip is the sunset walk out to your balcony. You’ll start in the fully equipped kitchen, where you’ll use the blender to fix yourself some tropical island beverages.
You’ll pass through the bright, airy living area, with paintings of palm trees hanging above the cozy sofa, pass the potted palm on the glass dining table and go out to the balcony table for one of the most majestic sunsets you’ve ever seen.
Afterwards, sit back and enjoy the cable on your big screen TV or go online with the internet. At night, when you’re lying on the soft bed, warm Gulf winds humming you to sleep like a lullaby, it’s time to dream about the magical day that awaits you when you wake up.
Here at the Beach Club, there’s a chair by the pool with your name on it. Hope to see you soon.

Had a great vacation in Marco Island. The condo was in an excellent location with just a short walk down a private path to a gorgeous beach. The condo was also clean and comfortable. The owner, Cyndi, was excellent with communication and helped make our stay very enjoyable. The property management company's policies for key pick-up/drop-off ran smoothly and the folks at MIVP were very helpful in giving us some tips of where to eat and where to go for 4th of July fireworks. Would definitely recommend this condo to friends and will hopefully return soon. Thank you, Cyndi & Andrew, for making the vacation a success!

Great location, nice property. We would definitely stay in the Beach Club again. Only negative is there could be a few updates made to the unit, and we know there was work being done to surrounding rentals, so this may already be in the plans.

All was great and we enjoyed our stay.
I did let the rental company know about lack of dishclothes and washclothes on our first stay. The cleaning lady brought more towels and bedding later but no kitchen or bathroom washclothes. Our second stay had none either.
Also the coffee pot was craked and leaking with our first stay so we bought another one just like it at Walmart.
Thanks! Rose Kruithof

The condo was clean and all we needed but nothing special and thats ok with us. I didn't like how the pool was always crowded with very loud parties day and night all weekend. It was a short walk to the beach and the beach was lovely plus no parking fee or beach fee.

Dirty, no linens then when they came I would throw them away or use them for wiping my car after washing it. Frayed and spots. Dirty shower curtain, floors dirty my feet were always black. Windows dirty. a/c broke one day but was fixed the next day. The kitchen was just passable, the condo was left in much, much better condition then when we arrived. Needs a wet mop for doing the floors, not the stick with a towel to wipe floors (never heard of that), also the wooden rack to dry clothes is broken, paint chipped off and needs to be replaced. Windows dirty. You need to give me the $60 for doing the cleaning. I will be looking forward to my $250 deposit also. This is just to help you all do a better job. Also the remote needs checking for the big TV. Hope this is helpful.
