Description

Do you prefer the quieter, less crowded beaches? Then you belong on the south end of the island. Do you want a short walk to South Beach? Then you belong in the Island Club II.

This 4th floor, 1,350 square foot condo sleeps six, with one king bed, one queen and one aerobed. It also comes with two bathrooms.

One of the first things Marco Island visitors learn is morning coffee tastes a little more exotic when you’re drinking it out on the balcony beside a towering palm tree, cooled by trade winds off the ocean.

You won’t want to leave the sunny skies and fresh air of your balcony and you don’t have to. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass windows fill the interior with natural light and a blue-sky backdrop.

The summer kitchen comes complete with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to prepare everything from a family dinner to tropical blended drinks to sip on the balcony as the sun goes down. The second thing Marco Island visitors learn is tropical blended drinks taste a little more tropical when the fragrant night wind is rustling the palm fronds beside your balcony.

This unit comes with comfort-enhancing amenities like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable and a washer and dryer. It also gives you everything you need for the beach, including beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella.

The Island Club II offers plenty of amenities of its own, starting with a spacious, refreshing heated pool and a hot tub.

You’re so close to some of the island’s favorite attractions. Walk to the access point to South Beach and its warm sands, turquoise waters and mesmerizing sunsets.

Walk to Marco Golf and Garden, a miniature golf course in the midst of an award-winning garden.

Walk to Marco Walk Plaza, a premier open-air shopper’s paradise filled with small boutiques, salons, spas, movie theater and plenty of fine dining options.

You’re right next door to Gene Sarazen Park, with a playground your kids will love, and another short walk from Caxambas Boat Park, a beautiful public water access point with boat trailer and car parking that includes a four acre park renowned for the bird and dolphin watching.
