The only way to improve on a deluxe gated community filled with amenities is to put it on one of the world’s most enticing beaches. Welcome to the South Seas. This 8th floor, 1,100 square beachfront condo sleeps four, with one king bed, two twins and two bathrooms.

Start your morning on the balcony with a cup of coffee and a view of mangrove-ringed lagoons beside a shore of silken white sand. Beyond the lagoons, sun sparkles on the turquoise ocean.

In the living room, one of the pillows on the ocean blue sofa says “sunshine,” and for good reason. Sun through the sliding glass doors brightens the interior with natural light, creating a feel of Island-style tranquility. The living room and master bedroom both open up to the balcony, so you’ll find yourself constantly stepping out to savor the view and enjoy the fresh ocean breezes.

Life is good and it’s about to get better. Bring your cocktails out to the balcony for your front row seat as the setting sun paints the sky fiery orange.

The kitchen features recessed lighting and formica countertops and comes fully stocked with all modern appliances and cookware.

Have you ever fallen asleep to the sight of lagoons lit up by the moon as you’re massaged by soft ocean breezes? You will every night in the master bedroom. Both bedrooms offer a wall-mounted flat screen television, along with plenty of closet and drawer space.

The unit comes with comfort-enhancing features including air conditioning and heating, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels, and beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella.

You’re just a few steps from the warm waters of Tigertail Beach, where the activities are never-ending. Stroll along the shore in search of shells. Charter a fishing boat. Or sit back and watch dolphins playing in the surf.

The South Seas is filled with deluxe amenities as far as the eye can see. Unwind in a heated pool with sun loungers shaded by tiki umbrellas. Play tennis on scenic courts beside Clam Bay. For something a little more slow paced there is shuffleboard and bocce ball. Work out in the fitness center, cook on the charcoal grills or enjoy the daily activities in the social room.

Afterwards, take a short walk to one of the Island’s favorite restaurants, like NeNe’s, Doreen’s Cup of Joe, Joey’s Pizza, or Thai Sushi by KJ.
