Looking for more fun in the sun? Welcome to a community filled with amenities just a short walk from some of Marco Island’s most popular attractions. Welcome to the Sussex. This 4th floor, 1,400 square foot, three bedroom condo sleeps six, with one king bed, two full beds and two bathrooms.

The balcony is so spacious it’s like an extra room, furnished with cozy wicker chairs and a sofa all cooled by the trade winds. Bring out your morning coffee and take in the view of Clam Bay. Down below, the heated pool glimmers like an oasis encircled by palm trees, and garden paths wind through lush tropical greenery and hibiscus flowers in all the colors of the rainbow. One path takes you to the newly re-surfaced tennis courts. Another leads to shuffleboard. There’s also a social room filled with activities.

When you come in from the balcony, you don’t leave the view behind. Windows on every wall fill the living room with a panorama of palm trees and bright blue sky. Natural light brightens the white-tiled floor, creating a calming Island-style ambience. Leather sofas and chairs facing the television make the ideal gathering spot.

The kitchen features barstool chairs along an island countertop and all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve a family dinner or blend a tray of drinks to serve guests on the balcony.

Sliding glass doors in the ocean-blue master suite open up to the balcony so you can fall asleep to fragrant tropical breezes and the sound of rustling palms. The cherry wood armoire gives you all the drawer space you need.

This unit comes with all the comforts and conveniences you could ever want, including air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels and a washer and dryer.

You’ve also got beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella for that short drive to the white powdery sands, turquoise water, mesmerizing sunsets, and endless activities of the Paradise Coast.

There’s no better way to celebrate the end of a day in the tropics than dinner at one of Marco Island’s favorite restaurants, like Doreen’s Cup of Joe, Joey’s Pizza, or Thai Sushi by KJ all just a short walk from the unit.
