Description

The Paradise Coast is renowned for majestic sunsets and palm trees swaying on beaches of silken white sand, and you’ve got a front row seat from the balcony of this 2nd floor, 1,100 square foot beachfront condo. It sleeps four, with one king bed, two twins and two bathrooms.

Sip your morning coffee on the balcony, looking out at sun sparkling off the turquoise ocean. Soon, you’ll be swimming in the clear water or wading through tide pools in search of colorful shells or just lying back listening to waves softly breaking on the shore. At the end of the day, the balcony is the ideal place to sit back and watch the setting sun paint the sky bright orange.

The interior is every bit as serene. Sunlight through the sliding glass doors brightens the white-tiled living room filled with furniture as comfortable as it is stylish.

The summer kitchen comes equipped with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to cook up a tropical feast. The dining room table sits beside a mirrored wall that fills the room with the image of palm trees against a blue-sky backdrop.

Both bedrooms are decorated with colorful tropical flowers and come with televisions, along with plenty of closet and drawer space. Open the windows and fall asleep to the massaging ocean trade winds.

Think of all the comforts and conveniences of home and chances are you’ll find them here. You’ve got air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens and towels. You’ve also got beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella.

The Gulfview surrounds you with amenities. Go for a dip in a heated pool ringed by palm trees. Take a walk through the lush greenery of the gardens to the newly re-surfaced tennis and pickleball courts. Have a workout in the fitness center. Use the gas grills for a balcony cookout. Or enjoy some of the daily activities in the social room.
