Description

This beachfront beauty provides direct views of the Gulf Of Mexico and Marco Islands huge white sand beach, as well as several of the Everglades Islands chain, of which Marco is the largest island within the chain. This unit is maintained by owners who live on Marco, keep a close eye on the unit for ongoing updating, and keeping it perfectly clean. No need to deal with rental agents since owners meet you with keys at the building and show you around. This personal touch has resulted in numerous returning guests each year.

The unit is turnkey, with a full kitchen, modern appliances & granite countertops. All linens provided, full tiled floors and a huge balcony off the living room providing breathtaking views of the beach and unforgetable sunsets. Beachchairs provided, balcony furniture and so much more. Unit sleeps 2 with one Queen bed. There is no other sleeping furniture & Couch in living room is Apartment size & not for sleeping on! Two TVs and full hi speed internet available.

The building has a beautiful entrance lobby, coverd parking, tennis courts, huge pool and spa beachside and a great restaurant open daily for lunch and dinner. There is also a full fitness center for your daily exercise with state of the art equipment. Building is conveniently located and close to great restaurants, shopping, golf, water sports, nature activities, theater and more. Owners live nearby and are available should you have any additional needs. Rates are the best on the beach!

Immaculate condo and easy to keep clean. Best lanai and view. Sun on lanai by noon everyday. Fully equipped condo with an engaged local owner.

Great location with great view of beach and sunsets. Small condo but well kept. Covered parking and great security. Joe was receptive to all our needs. Would recommend highly.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Joseph (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
