Front beachfront condo w/ wraparound balcony for unsurpassed ocean views
A recent guest said, “arguably one of the best views on the entire beach.” Step onto the balcony and you’ll have a hard time disagreeing. This 1,100 square foot, 15th floor condo sleeps six, with one king bed, two twins, one sleeper sofa and two bathrooms.
It’s a front unit with a wraparound balcony, giving you spectacular views in every direction. See the picture of wine glasses on the table overlooking the turquoise ocean and silken white sands? The glasses are empty now, but make sure to fill them at the end of the day, when the setting sun paints the sky brilliant orange.
Chairs at the curve of the balcony look out at lagoons in the midst of lush green sea grass. You won’t be sitting here long before you see dolphins or manatees. You might even spot an osprey swooping down in search of fish.
Not only does your balcony offer different views, it also gives you a sunny vantage point and a shaded one, overlooking a stretch of sand that leads to the shell hunter’s paradise of Sand Dollar Island. A wooden boardwalk crosses from the beach to the manicured gardens of the South Seas. A heated pool sits at the heart of this oasis, surrounded by palm trees and picnic areas beneath tiki huts.
Think of all the deluxe amenities you want in a beachfront setting and chances are you’ll find them in the South Seas. You’ve got tennis courts, a fitness center, a social room and so much more.
The feel of seaside comfort continues when you step into your unit, with is coral-hued tile and stylish furnishings, brightened by natural light flowing in from windows on every wall. Bamboo plants and decorative touches like shells and sand dollars create an easygoing coastal atmosphere.
The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with everything from modern appliances and cookware to silverware and glassware.
The bedrooms offer sliding door access to the balcony, so if your dreams are filled with salty ocean trade winds and white sand tropics, you know why.
The unit features comfort-enhancing features like air conditioning, internet, cable, a big screen TV and beach essentials like an umbrella, beach chairs and cooler.
So come experience the best in oceanfront living. At the South Seas.

I've rented in South Seas for over 25 years and have always looked passed the inadequacies of the condo for the sake of the beautiful island and beach. This year was different. The unit was fully equipped for a family of 6 to function without sacrifices. The updated kitchen had all the basics, nothing too fancy but everything was clean, fully operating and fully stocked. It had it all. The bedrooms weren't typical "rentals". The mattresses were firm, plentiful clean towels, great showers, sufficient storage, dressers that didn't have broken drawers. Living space was comfortable, nicely decorated. Deck could have used cleaning but how can you complain with the view. i hope to be back!

We have vacationed on Marco Island every year for the last 30 years. For the last 5-6 years, we have stayed in this condo and have LOVED our accommodations (especially the view & breathtaking sunsets) and the overall experience of South Seas. Can't wait to return!

I was disapointed going through the gates with security guards who did not have any information regarding my stay and were not going to allow me through the gate. After many phone calls while my family waited in the car we were allowed through - only to go through the same experiecne for the next two days because the management office in the building was closed.

i thoroughly enjoyed this rental property. it has beautiful views of the beach and the pool, and the corner location means that one can have both sun and shade on the balcony. one note: the website indicates that the unit has wifi internet access but it is not in the unit. rather, there is free wifi in the lobby of the building.

We have made many visits to Marco Island and really like the South Seas Condos the best. Tower 3 gives the quickest access to the beach. While our condo could have been cleaner (window sills were very dusty and there was a great amount of dust(including a dirty towel under the master bed)we loved the view from the 15th floor. The condo contained everything we needed to cook and plenty of beach towels. It is very handy to have washers and dryers on every floor. The view of the Gulf sunsets was wonderful. Tiger Tail Beach is great for shelling if you are willing to spend some time looking for them. We always bring home a bag of special shells. Marco Island is laid back and relaxing. It beckons us to return again and again.
