Colorful beachfront condo w/ heated pool & balcony with an ocean view
The only thing between you and Tigertail Beach is a short wooden boardwalk. This 1,100 square foot 17th floor beachfront condo sleeps four, with one king bed, two twins and two bathrooms.
The day begins on the balcony, looking out at the turquoise ocean and lagoons surrounded by mangroves. With a view like this, balcony conversations tend to revolve around the beach. “What shall we do today?” “I want to ride one of those parasails.” “How about snorkeling?” “Did you see those amazing shells in the living room? I heard Tigertail Beach is filled with them. Let’s find some.”
You can do all this and more. Go shelling in warm tide pools. Sign up for a parasailing cruise and fly high above the ocean. Go snorkeling in the clear water alongside sea turtles and exotic tropical fish. Explore the lagoons in kayaks or water trikes.
Your balcony also overlooks the lush green grounds of the South Seas. This is another common topic of balcony conversation: “Let’s go swim in the heated pool.” “Good idea. Then I can read on one of the sun loungers.” “And after that, we’ll go work out in the fitness center.”
The South Seas surrounds you with amenities. Enjoy a picnic lunch beneath a tiki umbrella. Take a stroll along garden paths that wind through manicured hedges, palm trees and fragrant hibiscus bushes, taking you to the tennis courts beside Clam Bay. Enjoy some of the daily activities in the social room.
You’ll know you’re living in the midst of the tropics when you’re relaxing in the living room filled with rattan furnishings, colorful fabrics and decorative touches like shells and ocean-themed artwork. The summer kitchen comes stocked with modern appliances and cookware. Both brightly colored bedrooms feature ultra-comfortable mattresses and sliding glass doors that open up to the balcony and its view of the beach.
The unit comes with comfort-enhancing features like air conditioning, internet, linens and towels, cable, a big screen TV and beach essentials like an umbrella, beach chairs and a cooler.
Some of the Island’s favorite restaurants are just a short walk away, which will become the topic of yet another balcony conversation: “Fin Bistro.” “Nene’s.” “Doreen’s.” “No, Joey’s Pizza. You promised, Mom.” “Okay, Joey’s Pizza it is.”
So come enjoy a tropical vacation filled with deluxe amenities. At the South Seas.

“Perfect accommodations and location for a great family vacation!”

The Condo was exactly as described and Doreen Mangano and the management company were great to work with.
It was the perfect setup for my family, a huge master bedroom & bathroom for my wife & I plus the main bathroom & twin beds in the 2nd bedroom for my daughters.
I had never visited Marco Island before but soon found that the South Seas Towers location was ideal for us, right next to the Tiger Tail beach, the best shelling on Marco Island.
A beachfront view was one of my highest priorities and the website photos do not do justice to the view overlooking the curving Tiger Tail beach from the 17th floor. The balcony was huge, the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, relax and take a nap after a day on the beach, or enjoy a bottle of wine while watching the sun disappear over the horizon.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Mangano's condo to anyone planning a trip to Marco Island. (Unless they were planning on going at the same time as I was planning a return visit :-) )

Marco Island was beautiful. Condo is very out dated and in poor repair. Many items broken. Toaster didn't work, coffee maker poor quality. Mirrors cracked. Beach chairs broken and old. Wi-Fi reception unpredictable. Kitchen has a poor layout. Glad I only paid $1400 for the week. Beach is quite a walk from condo.

Overall, my husband and I were pleased with SSNW. I would suggest that there be a contact person in Bld. #4 to answer any questions or concerns. Really, we had to figure things out for ourselves if we had questions. Also, the carpeting in our unit could use a cleaning. I believe that I left a cord to my kindle in apt. #1708 perhaps under a dresser. I contacted my realtor (A. Vale @ Marco Realty), but have yet to hear a response.

I just spent 6 weeks in this unit and I am going back next year. The view was wonderful, overlooking Tigertail Beach, perfect for watching those beautiful sunsets. The unit felt spacious as compared to other units I hsve seen in the complex. The master bedroom and bath had a dressing area, walk in closet and a step in marble shower. The rental agent was very friendly and supportive, answering any questions I had.

The condo was very comfortable and roomy. The view was awesome and the beach was wonderful. My kids loved looking for shells every day and the beach is a great place for a run. The area was very quiet making for a very relaxing vacation. The owner was very helpful. You wil enjoy your visit. Will stay here next time we come down.
