See the photo of that rattan chair on the balcony, the one overlooking the curving shoreline and brilliant turquoise waters of Crescent Beach? Here are some of the superlatives uttered by people sitting in that chair: “Best view ever.” “Takes your breath away.” “How can I go inside and leave this incredible view?”

The chair is located on the balcony of this 1,100 square foot condo on the 7th floor of the Gulfview. It sleeps four, with one king bed, two queens and two bathrooms and covered parking.

Now here’s a common conversation people have while sitting out on the balcony: “Shall we go for a swim?” “Where, the ocean or the pool?” “I was thinking both.”

You can see the pool they’re referring to down beside the sand, in the midst of all those palms and lush greenery. It’s a heated pool on a spacious patio filled with tables, chairs and loungers.

Now see the glass table on the balcony in front of the chairs? That’s where you’ll place your tropical blended drinks as the sun nears the horizon. This balcony faces southwest, so you can look forward to spectacular sunsets depending on the time of year.

Step inside and have a look at the stylish interior. When you’re sitting on the sofa, see how the image of the Crescent Beach fills the room? The mirrored wall behind the sofa reflects the view so you can also see it from the dining room, with its hard wood floors, and the summer kitchen, which is filled with all modern appliances and cookware.

You can also see the view from the master suite, which includes an ensuite bathroom featuring a tile-walled walk-in shower.

This unit comes with three different cooling devices – air conditioning, ceiling fans and night winds off the ocean. It features comfort-enhancing amenities like free wi-fi, cable and same floor laundry facilities. It also comes with everything you need for the beach, including beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella.
