Get to the beach without getting in your car. South Beach is right across the street from this 3rd floor, 1,200 square foot Grandview condo. It sleeps six, with one queen bed, two twins, a sleeper sofa, and two bathrooms.

The spacious balcony overlooking the South Beach skyline makes the perfect place to gather and plan out the day. Should you cross the street to the beach or do you feel more like taking the short walk to the unrivalled shopping of Marco Walk Plaza? Maybe one of you will vote for taking the short walk to Marco Golf and Garden, a miniature golf course in the midst of an award-winning garden. Someone else might suggest taking a short walk to the movie theater or a short walk to the ice cream parlor. Note the one thing all these fun activities have in common: a short walk. No driving required. You couldn’t ask for a better location.

Sunlight streaming through floor-to-ceiling windows lights up the interior for the best in coastal style living. The airy, summer kitchen is fully stocked with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to prepare everything from a family dinner to tropical beverages to sip out on the balcony as you debate what great restaurant you should walk to.

The unit comes with amenities like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable and a washer and dryer. It also comes with everything you need for the beach, including beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and beach cart to carry them in to the white sands and limitless activities of South Beach.

The clear, shallow water makes for optimum snorkeling. You can also enjoy catamaran sailing, kayaking, jet skiing, exploring warm tide pools filled with seashells or just sitting back on the white powdery sand listening to the waves. Afterwards, be sure to make your way to the beachside Sunset Grill for a front row seat to the spectacular sunset.

Naturally, staying at the Grandview also means you have full use of the tennis court, pickle ball, shuffleboard and patio, with its heated pool, hot tub, gas grills and picnic tables where you can enjoy a poolside barbeque.

So come to this Grandview condo and put the car keys in the drawer because you’re a short walk to just about everywhere you want to go.
