Pet-friendly waterfront home with all-tile interior and heated pool
This 2,100 square foot family vacation house gives you all the comforts of home and all the colors of the tropics. It sleeps six, with one king bed, one queen and two twins, and it comes with two bathrooms and a two-car garage. Actually, it sleeps eight if you count the dog and cat. Yes, your entire family is welcomed here.
French doors open to the lanai with its heated pool and view of the serene canal lined with palm trees. The pool comes with noodles, floats and all the toys your kids could ask for.
The sliding window between the kitchen and lanai isn’t technically referred to as a condiment window, but that’s what you’ll use it for with all the poolside barbeques you cook up on the gas grill and serve on the family-sized table overlooking the canal.
Go down the wooden staircase behind the lanai, past the rock garden with palms, to your private dock, where you can tie up your boat or bring down beach chairs and watch for a passing dolphin or manatee.
Exuberant colors enliven the bright, clean, all-tile interior. Picture windows and an arched window above the door fill the space with natural light. Plants on ledges and wall cutouts beneath the vaulted ceiling serve as a constant reminder you’re living in the midst of a tropical paradise.
If you’re having trouble getting the kids to come out of the pool, remind them they’ve got PlayStation 3 and Wii on the big screen TV in the living room.
The gourmet kitchen features spacious granite countertops and comes fully stocked with everything from modern appliances and cookware all the way down to drawers filled with tiny conveniences like twist ties to seal half-eaten bags of chips.
The hardwood dining room table sits beside a window overlooking the lush garden outside. The mirrored wall reflects the garden view, surrounding you with palms and ferns.
The master suite offers plenty of windows to let in the fragrant night air and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and whirlpool bath.
The house comes with comfort-enhancing amenities like air conditioning, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, brand new linen and a washer and dryer. You’ve also got bikes and everything you need for the beach, including an umbrella, beach chairs, a cooler and plenty of toys.
So come experience a little family-style comfort in the midst of the tropics.

The home was beautiful, we golfed 3 to 4 times a week, ate out at most of the wonderful restaurants and swam in the pool as much as possible...the weather was exceptional! Very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood.

The house was lovely and our stay was very nice. Although the grill outside didn't work on a night we had planned to grill steaks for friends, everything else was fine. I would recommend better pest control like roach traps.

This home made a wonderful spot for our family to gather for the holiday. The layout accommodated everyone comfortably (3 couples and our young grandson), and we found the home to be clean, nicely furnished, and included a very well-equipped kitchen for preparing holiday favorites. With its open floor plan expanding to the lanai, the home seemed even more spacious. Located in a quiet neighborhood, we enjoyed walks, as well as lazy hours by the pool. Grocery stores, shops, and restaurants were just a short drive away.
Andrew at Marco Island Vacation Properties assisted throughout the process of choosing the best home for our needs, and providing additional information to make our stay enjoyable (ex: rental of high chair for grandson, bike rentals). Always prompt, friendly, and personable!

Property needs fumigating inside and outside the property. Also it would be nice to have a cleaning station and freezer for your catch. Overall ita was a nice property and the management company was hands on!

We had a great time in the villa for our vacation. The home itself is bright and spacious. The pool wasn't huge but it was just fantastic for everyone and the noodles (that were left there by the owners) were a huge hit with the kids.
There is a barbecue in the lanai that we really enjoyed too.
From the dock on the canal you can see a variety of birds, fish, and mollusks - and the setting is just wonderfully relaxing, and super quiet.
The location was great to relax at home & jog around it. We took the car to explore around the area with our two toddlers (the beaches, Naples, the Everglades, the Corkscrew Audubon sanctuary, and Sanibel island). It just worked out very nicely!
Altogether, we were very happy with our stay!

The property was generally ok, unfortunately, compared to 5 other homes we have rented, this was the least likeable and the most costly. It really needs a little more attention to amentities and general care. The rental agent, however, was very attentative and helpful.

Beautiful property and a very comfortable home to live in. We had a problem with the A/C on our first day and the realtor had it fixed within hours. They were very responsive and made several follow-up calls to insure our satisfaction.

We had some really noisy spring breakers across the way. The property manager said he would help out, but it ended up being a resident neighbor who actually called the police to get them to quiet down. Either way, it did get resolved, but the property manager probably should have been the one do intervene.
Small concern, the rest of the week was fabulous!
