Spacious waterfront house w/ heated pool & upstairs balcony with water view
This 2,800 square foot waterfront house gives you a lanai with a view, a living room with a view, an upstairs balcony with a view. Getting the idea? The entire house comes with unmatched views of the vast waterway spreading out behind the lanai.
The house sleeps ten, with one king bed, two queens, two twins and one sleeper sofa. It has three bathrooms and a two-car garage.
The heated pool sits at the edge of the lanai, looking out over converging waterways lined with palm trees and boats. Ferns in the raised planter add a burst tropical color. The kids couldn’t care less. They’re more interested in the pool toys, and how big the pool is. The lanai faces southwest, which means the pool gets a full day of sun. So good luck getting the kids out of the water.
When you see the columns lining the lanai and the row of red cushioned sun loungers, you’ll feel like you’re in a deluxe hotel. When the family barbeque chef fires up the grill and serves lunch on two separate tables facing an outdoor TV, you’ll feel like you’re at a waterside café.
After lunch, go down to your own private dock, where you can do a little fishing or sit and look for a passing dolphin or manatee.
The white-tiled interior is the ideal retreat after a day of water and sun. Sliding glass doors brighten the rooms with natural light. A rattan ceiling fan in a recessed ceiling keeps you cool as you gather in sofas and chairs as comfortable as they are stylish.
The gourmet kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances and cookware. The dining room table, beneath a chandelier, sits beside a French window with a view of the lush garden outside.
Two guest bedrooms open up to the upstairs balcony, which makes the ideal place to watch the setting sun cast palm tree shadows on the water and turn the sky fiery orange.
The house comes with air conditioning, ceiling fans, a big screen TV, TVs in the bedrooms, internet and a washer and dryer. You’ve also got bikes and beach essentials like beach chairs, an umbrella and cooler.
For shopping, you’re only a short walk from Marco Town Center Mall, with grocery stores, boutiques and plenty of fine dining options.
So for the ultimate waterfront vacation, come to Strawberry Court.

The agent was extremely helpful and answered all questions when we booked this property. The home surpassed all our expectations, spotlessly clean and in fantastic decorative order. The pool was cleaned regularly and was always as warm as a bath. Our children aged 8 and 13 had such fun. This was our 2nd year in Marco & this property would be our 1st choice should we book again. Just one negative, upstairs double bed quite uncomfortable, but not a major issue. Would recommend to anybody thinking of booking a lovely home for their vacation.

Our vacation rental experience was great. The only problem we had was with the cable tv connection which we believe was broken by a contractor. Andrew was very helpful correcting the problem with Comcast.

We booked this house relatively last minute for a group of 10 people in a specific budget range. Our favorite part of the house was definitely the location. The view was beautiful and the water access was perfect for our kayak adventures. We used the screened-in pool enclosure every day and night. It was a wonderful gathering spot for everyone. The house was definitely large enough for all the people we had. It could use a new interior paint job, but overall it was clean and had all the amenities we needed to make our vacation enjoyable.

The property was ideal for 5 Adults and 2 young grandchildren. Our son and his wife along with the grandkids stayed in the upstairs bedrooms. Our other son who was in a wheelchair was in a downstairs bedroom. Access to the house via wheelchair was not too difficult with only two steps. Nice view and outdoor living area. (Including an TV in the Lanai to watch March Madness). Walked downtown every day, about 1/2 - 3/4 mile. Too far to walk to beach which was about 2.5 miles. Great property, great time.

concerned about the aircon breaking down twice within 3 days.this mmade the conditions unacceptable. The rental agent was very helpful in solving the problem and kept in contact to ensure we were completely satisfied.
the pool was not cleaned until the day before we left despite the schedule stating a weekly cleaning. The septic tank was almost full although the rental agent was unaware of this.On many previous rentals on Marco the standards with US owned propereties was far better,I would say that overall,a beatiful location on an island we love visiting again and again. The rental agent was excellent

Beds uncomfortable, towels paper thin, pool cold--cover was not on, master suite did not cool, no TV's in other bedrooms, oven not calibrated, washer/dryer were extremely inefficient and slow, hornet's nests on deck upstairs, blender was broke, toilet off kitchen ran the whole time, upstairs bath curtain torn, lamps burned out in master suite.

We enjoyed our stay at strawberry court very much, having visited Marco we already knew we loved the island. Great location, clean enough (few missed areas ie half easter egg under drawers) and I would recommend this property to a friend. Agent helpful when bbq needed fixing.
