Peaceful waterfront family home with all-day sun on pool
Description from the manager
This street is so quiet and peaceful the loudest sound is the ice cubes clinking in your glass as you sit on the lanai soaking up the sun. The house sleeps eight, with two king beds and four twins, and comes with two bathrooms and a two-car garage. It has rear southern exposure, which means you get a full day of sun shining on your heated pool. The table and chairs on the lanai above the pool look out over the palm tree-framed canal behind the house. The lanai comes with a gas grill so you can barbeque up some lunch or dinner. Or maybe lunch and dinner, since you won’t be in any hurry to leave the lanai and its sparkling, sun-drenched pool. Inside, the cozy furnishings and soft lights enhance the feeling of tranquility. Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the temperature just the way you like it as you relax with a show on cable TV or use the high speed internet to go online. Sunlight streaming through the dining room window lights up the lunch you made in the fully stocked summer kitchen, which comes with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and all the cookware and appliances you need to prepare anything from a big, family dinner to a light breakfast of toast and coffee. With all that sun on the lanai, you’ll go through a lot of ice-cold beverages. No worries. The icemaker and blender are used to working overtime. The house is located near Mackle Park, where your kids can spend hours of fun in the playground, basketball court or waterpark. There’s also a scenic trail around a pond. Of course the kids, and you, came to Marco Island for the beaches. Paradise Coast is famous for its warm sands, spectacular sunsets and endless watersports. Take a parasailing cruise for a bird’s eye view of the ocean. Try your hand at stand-up paddling. Go on a jet ski or water buggy tour of the Everglades. If shopping’s on your things to enjoy list, head to Marco Walk Plaza, an open-air shopper’s paradise filled with small boutiques, spas and an array of fine restaurants. After a day filled with Marco Island adventures, you’ll return to the peace and quiet of your house in Barbarosa Court, where the loudest sound is the tapping of glasses as you toast your perfect day.

We rented this house for 8 nights, and had a fantastic week. The house was very nice and clean, and was also very well equiped. The pool was very nice - so we used it a lot, even if the beach was only a few minutes away.
I can really recommend to rent this wonderful house in a quiet area, and the property management company acted professional and serviceminded. You helped us realizing our dream-vacation - Thank you!!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property, and would recommend it. Infact we came over in September with my twin sister and her husband, and with friends in April, everybody loved the villa and location.
