Cozy house w/ sunroom, heated pool, hot tub & short walk to beach
Just bring your family and your flip-flops. This cozy, 1,300 square foot house has everything else you need for the perfect tropical island vacation. It sleeps six, with one king bed, one full bed, one twin bed and two sleeper sofas, and it comes with two bathrooms, three if you count the litter box. Yes, this is one of the island’s few pet-friendly rentals. Cats and dogs are both welcomed here.
It also includes a one-car garage. But your primary mode of transportation on this vacation will be a pair of flip-flops since the house is located just a short walk from the beach, shopping, restaurants and other island attractions.
The closest attraction is right out back, on your lanai, with its heated pool and hot tub. Recliners line the pool, like your own mini-resort. The kids will love all the pool toys, and the backyard barbeque chef will love using the gas grill to cook up a poolside barbeque.
You can also eat in the sunroom, known around these parts as a Florida room. The full wall of sliding glass doors lets you sit back on the cozy sofas, beneath a ceiling fan, and watch the action out on the lanai.
The stylishly furnished interior blends comfort with a coastal style décor. Lush plants throughout the house add a tropical accent.
The summer kitchen comes equipped with all the modern appliances you need. And of course no Marco Island kitchen is complete without a blender so you can celebrate the end of another day in paradise with your feet in the pool and a tropical blended drink in your hand.
The house offers plenty of amenities for your comfort and convenience, like air conditioning and ceiling fans, a big screen TV, internet and a washer and dryer. It also comes with bikes and everything you need to take that short walk to the beach, including beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler.
Another short walk takes you to Marco Golf and Garden, a miniature golf course in the midst of an award-winning garden. You can also walk to Marco Island’s premier shopping destination, Marco Walk Plaza, where you’ll find theatres, specialty shops, fine dining, ice cream shops and much more.
With so many attractions just a short walk away, the perfect vacation is just a few clicks away.

“Lovely house but air condition and mantainance outside very loud”

This house is though it is not new in a very good condition, it is decorated very personal and with love furnitured. You find every thing you need for a family stay. The master bed is a bit "noisy", the childrens´ beds´ a bit too short for grown up teenagers, the aircondition works very well but is loud outside the bed room. If the maintainance area of a hotel along the garden would not exist, it could be a paradise at the pool.

We stayed at this house for a Spring Break with our two teenage sons. Its best feature is the short .3 mile/5 minute walk to the clean, wide, white sand beach at the Gulf. Great screened-in pool with sun room, new appliances, beach accessories/toys, in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Only reason for 4 stars is the bed in the master bedroom. Very squeaky and not too comfortable. We highly recommend everything else and would stay here again.

I can not say enough about the reality company they were the best! The house is an older house but has been up-graded mostly. It is very well stocked; when you go all you need is your clothes. The location to the beach is within walking distance. The only thing that we saw that needs to be done was the bedding was not in good shape(Master) and there is a work shop behind the house that in the month of December was very noisy, it was hard to use the pool during the day light hours because of this. My advise would be to see if this is on going or if it was just the month that they do major repairs, we did not inquire to the Marriott. The location would have been a five star if it had not have been for the work shop. We spent more time at the beach that we would have liked to enjoy the nice pool.Neighbors were very friendly and the neighborhood was really nice. We love Marco Island and will return, best restaurant Little Bar, Snook Inn. Marco Movies great, American Air Boats Frist Class. Princess tours first rate. The house cleaners did not do a really good job before we arrived; I elected to clean it myself. Over all we had a great month weather was beautiful.

This was a great place to stay...5 minutes walk from the beach, 15 minutes drive from the Everglades, great restaurants, boat rentals, and alot of nature. There were a few small things that might have bothered some people that the property manager took care of within the first day, like a broken coffee pot, the TV was not working properly, no gas in the BBQ...small annoying things. The bicycles all need a tune-up and are not really rideable for longer than to the beach. That's all the "bad" stuff...I would rent this place again in a heartbeat!! The pool was awesome and the hottub was an added bonus. My kids loved staying here. Alot of fun stuff to do closeby and the house is a great place to be for hanging around.

I'd like to say that place was very clean and it was close to the public access to the beach. Marco Island needs to get some chain restaurants, but there is Naples nearby for chains. Great stay. We loved it.

This property was perfect for our famiy vacation. There was plenty of room, and it was very clean. Loved having the beach items there to use. Was hoping the beach was alittle closer, but the public access bridge was perfect. There was a small leak in the ceiling that needed repaired. The price was great for this vacation home. Would love to stay there again.
