Stylish waterfront home w/ all-day sun & short walk to shopping & dining
Nothing beats enjoying the view of converging waterways while you’re floating in your own heated pool. This 1,950 square foot house sleeps six, with one king bed and two queens, and it comes with two bathrooms. The street is named Edgewater for good reason. You’re not near the water, you’re on it, with nothing between you and the still blue canal but a few palm trees and birds swooping down in search of fish. You’re so close to the shore you can hear the water lapping against your private dock, which you can use to tie up your boat or jet ski, or as a front row seat when the setting sun paints the water orange.
The only other sounds that break the stillness of the spacious lanai are splashing in the pool and burgers frying on the gas grill. The family-sized table on the shaded area of the lanai, beneath an overhead fan, makes the ideal setting for your poolside lunch and maybe dinner, too, since, the southwestern exposure means you’ve got a full day’s worth of sun on the pool.
Arched windows fill the spacious, elegantly furnished interior with natural light, and two full-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows give you a panoramic view of the lanai and waterways. Plenty of lush plants add a tropical accent. The dining room table is lit up by chandeliers and natural light through the French doors. The gourmet kitchen, overlooking the lanai, features plenty of counter space and modern appliances that make cooking a pleasure, whether you’re preparing a special family dinner or a tray of drinks for sunset watching on the lanai.
The master suite offers the same impressive view, along solid wood bedroom furniture and an en suite bathroom that features a walk-in shower and bathtub. The house is filled with comfort-enhancing amenities, like air conditioning, ceiling fans and a washer and dryer.
For your entertainment, it comes with internet and cable on a big screen TV in the living room and TV’s in all the bedrooms. You’ve also got everything you need for the beach, including chairs, an umbrella and cooler. If you need to do any shopping, you’re only a short walk from Marco Town Center Mall, filled with chic boutiques, plenty of fine dining options and even weekly concerts at the gazebo.
So for beautiful views and all-day sun on the pool, come to Edgewater Street.

This was the fourth time that we have rented a house on Marco Island. This house on 316 Edgewater Court was the best. I had everything that we needed and the location was great for fishing. The next time we will be visiting Marco Island we will rent this house again.

Like every year, we stayed this time for 12 nights in MI. Our house was very nice, the property was very clean. The poolwater was clear. If I had any questions, Andrew or Michael came at once to help me, so the property management was very professional. I would recommend this house to everybody who is interested to rent a vacation home in Marco Island.

The photos I saw showed the house exactly as it is...enjoyed staying there immensely...couldn't ask for more. I will say the decor is dated, but it has been very well maintained with new updated appliances since I saw the I imagine it is a work in progress! Would highly recommend this house. As for the property management company...Andrew is top notch to work with. I will deal with him again when I return...

Our vacation to Marco Island was fantastic. The house was beautiful and Andrew Vale from M.I.V.P. was very helpful. The pool and accommodations were excellent. We are looking forward to our next vacation to Marco.

Outstanding property and location. We were looking for a place to relax not too far from the beach and restaurants, and we got it! Also, all services received from Andrew was first class. We'll go back or sure.

The MIVR agent agreed that we could repeat our 3 mo. stay, but failed to check with the owner for 4 weeks. Then we learned that the owners wanted to stay for 2 weeks right in the middle of the 3 mo. we wanted to be there. Very disappointing... House is fine. Location is good. Cleaners didn't do a very good job for move-in. But those were minor issues compared to the last minute change.

We have just returned from a week's stay at this property, and were very impressed with absolutely everything. The property was first class, and the attention to detail was spot on.
Andrew and the property management team were very helpful and considerate and gave us some great restaurant recommendations.
Such a shame we only had a week!!!

we had a great time at this property, I've rented quite a few homes in Florida and this home had the largest pool in all the homes. I brought my family on vacation and we lived in the pool, fished of the dock, my daughter caught a crab and we caught many fish. Andrew the manager is extremely helpful. The property is close to everything.

The property management people were extremely professional and efficient. That said I thought the waterway at the back of the property wasn't quite as wide as I thought.I felt the property wasn't particularly children friendly as the pool drops to over 6 foot at one end, not enough outside chairs either. There is certainly an abundance of very good restaurants, all literally within a 5 minute drive, the Snook inn in particular for lunch and wildlife watching is exceedingly good. Meat lovers would like Porky"s restaurant as well. we played golf a fair bit which is about 15 miles towards Naples, bit hot (time of year) but very cheap at $25.00 a round!
overall would recommend this place though not perhaps with young children.
