Three-story waterfront home w/ fantastic view & short walk to Tigertail Beach
This Florida style home is located on tip a lot, giving you a bigger water view and more places to view it from. It’s three stories, 1,800 square feet and it sleeps eight, with two king beds, four twins and one sleeper sofa, and it has three bathrooms.
You know the view is impressive when it gets lead billing, ahead of the short walk to Tigertail Beach. Take in the emerald green waters spreading out in front of you while you recline in the shade of the second floor deck. The image of palm trees reflecting off the still surface looks like it belongs on a post card.
Walk down the outdoor staircase to the spacious lanai and enjoy the view from the comfort of the heated pool. A lush green wall of palms encloses the lanai, giving you total privacy as you use the large Weber grill to cook up a poolside barbeque.
After lunch, stroll down to your own private dock and watch the seabirds dive for fish. Or join them and cast a line of your own. You won’t be down there long before you spot a passing dolphin or manatee.
Floor-to-ceiling windows light up an interior with vaulted ceilings and filled with cozy furnishings. The spacious, well-lit kitchen comes with all the appliances you need to cook up a big family dinner.
One of our past guests said of the blender, “It can crush ice better than any one I’ve ever used.” That feature will come in handy when the sun goes down and it’s time to enjoy the sparkling evening waters with a tropical blended drink. Better make that two, one for the deck and one for the lanai.
The house comes with comfort-enhancing amenities like air conditioning, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, cable, big screen TVs and a washer and dryer. It also gives you everything you need for the beach, including umbrellas and beach chairs, a cooler, toys for the kids.
People drive from all over to visit Tigertail Beach, but you’re just a short walk away. You’re also just a short walk from some of the island’s favorite restaurants, like Joey’s Pizza, NeNe’s, Fin Bistro, Doreen’s and many more.
So if you want a big water view and a short walk to the beach, we hope to see you soon.

We had the time of our life in this house! My husband, son, a family friend and her daughter all stayed together. The place was extremely clean and comfortable. The pool was amazing, and my husband and son caught some impressive fish off the dock at the back of the house. We enjoyed hanging out at the house almost as much as the beach and airboat ride. We definitely want to spend another vacation in this house. I would highly recommend this house to anyone.

Marco Island is a beautiful place to vacation. The house was very clean, in a nice neighborhood, and close to the beach. My only two complaints were that two of the sliding door walls were not able to lock, and the pool light did not work. I was very satisfied with the entire experience and would recommend it to a friend….

It's a cute and fun house with plenty of space for two. We were only disappointed in the lack of cookware. We improvised with what we had and made it work. Do not recommend this house if you plan on doing massive cooking for many people. Perfect if you plan on eatting out or ordering in.
The house was clean and welcoming. Plenty of space and the view is gorgeous. We visited Marco Island, Naples and Fort Myers. Also drove to Shark Valley, Everglades, and enjoyed the 15 mile tram tour. Lots of gators up close. Next time we'll rent bikes and bike the route but if it's your first time we recommend taking the tram and getting the narration from the tour guide.
Our last day we visited the beaches. Tigertail is within walking distance. We didn't realize that what you see first is actually a lagoon. The beach is beyond that and very peaceful.
Places we enjoyed: Naco Mamas Mexican restaurant, Da Vinci's, Hayloft, Sonny's BBQ, and Cheesecake Factory

My family and I had a terrific vacation. We are in love with the house, it's spectacular. The layout, accomodations, the pool, the view, everything was outstanding. This house exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to go back!

Overall the property was fine. The steps are a definite drawback. The back of the house was not southern exposure, the shade most of the time. The kitchen needs updating. Pool was great.
House was comfortable. Andrew was most helpful with any problems. We would rent from him again, but not at this location.

Location was great and the property was perfect for our needs. There were a few minor things wrong with the property but nothing that effected our stay. Andrew Vale was very helpful throughout the process as this was the first time I've rented here. I would recommend Vacation Properties and Andrew to family and friends and I'm sure we'll be renting again.
