A perimeter of palm trees surround the lanai, giving you total privacy as you luxuriate in the warm water. The house comes with plenty of pool toys, so only one thing can coax the kids out of the pool – the smell of burgers cooking up on the gas grill. Shaded tables and chairs, cooled by ceiling fans, make the ideal setting for your poolside barbeque.
After lunch, stroll down to your own private dock behind the house. If you’re a boater, you’ve got direct access to Collier Bay and, from there, the deep blue waters and world-class fishing in the Gulf of Mexico. Or you could just sit on the dock, feet dangling in the water, and get acquainted with your new neighbors, the seabirds and the jumping fish. You won’t be sitting long before you spot a passing dolphin or manatee.
This modern house was designed with plenty of floor-to-ceiling windows so the sparkling green water is a constant backdrop as you relax in the stylishly furnished living room.
Potted plants in the arched wall cutouts above the cupboards add a tropical accent to the gourmet kitchen. It features an island countertop and all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve a family dinner on the solid wood dinning room table overlooking the lush garden outside.
You might want to use the Wi-Fi to look up recipes that feature mango, because there’s a big mango tree with plenty of ripe fruit right outside your door.
The master suite comes with a dark wood four-poster bed, sliding door access to the lanai and shuttered windows to let in the fragrant night air. An ensuite bathroom offers ample closet space, a walk-in shower and a whirlpool bath beside an arched window view of the garden.

Nice experience. Good view of the canal from the house, but the windows lacked blinds so the view from the canal (and other homes) to the house was not private. Not energy efficient either. Loved the mango tree and fresh fruit!! A few things needed minor repair but were addressed quickly when possible. Friendly neighbor on one side, a noisy group on the other. Having a boat rental got us away from the noise and explored the islands and waterways. Lots of wildlife (dolphins, manatee, rat snake, iguana, gopher owls, etc.) I was amazed at the lack of mosquitos which was a delight to me!! Very relaxing vacation.

The location was great and the house was beautiful. The Furniture in Master bedroom was nice.The beds in the second and third bedrooms need to be replaced. Could not believe such a beautiful home would have such a deplorable bed,mattress and bedding.The two outside lounge chairs need to be trashed also. One of the toilets needed repair. House was clean but patio needed hosing down. The staff at the property management company are the best, and I would highly recommend them.

Definitely would recommend this home. Stayed with my two grandsons, 13 & 11,for a month. Enjoyed the pool, fishing off the dock,bicycle riding and all the wonderful things Marco Island offers.The house has everything you might need, nicely decorated and in a great location. Andrew Vale does everything to insure your stay will be enjoyable. My grandson calls him "awesome Andrew".

This is our second year renting this lovely Marco Island waterfront home. The only reason we did not give it all 5 star rating is because of construction of a new seawall & home
across the canal that was very noisy and may it unpleasant to be outside. Everything else was perfect.

This is a nice, comfortable house, in a good location in Old Marco. Despite some concerns about it being North East facing, that wasn't really an issue.The outside deck area is nice and helps a lot with the sun in winter. There were also some small initial problems, but the agent got those all sorted out no problem. Their service is very good. However the pool and patio area has an unfortunate juxtaposition with its neighbour, which is also a rental. For 4 weeks of our stay we unluckily had a very noisy family next door and there was no escaping the noise when we were outside.
Also, a small point but the grill was in very poor condition and had been abandoned at the side of the house. Despite the agent having it cleaned it wasn't fit for use and the owner wouldn't replace it, which on an 8 week rental would have been a very small thing. So no grilling for us...
