WE'VE ADDED A NEW FENCED IN LARGE POOL DECK TO COMPLIMENT THE LARGE 2,000 SQUARE FOOT WATERFRONT DOCK. THIS HOUSE SLEEPS 8 PEOPLE IN BEDS.
This private and exclusive home is situated on waterfront property with almost 3/4 of an acre in an idyllic setting. Relax on our newly built oversized dock (almost 2,000 square feet) and enjoy the breathtaking views over the water while the marvellous sun is shining over you the entire day. Watch the Dolphins or Manatees swim by as the Pelicans fly above and dive in the water and play. This house has one of the rare views of the prestigious Marco River - peaceful yet active.
This house is perfectly set up for an enjoyable vacation with the bedrooms on one side of the house and the living area on the other side of the house.
There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms in the Bedroom Wing and all bedrooms have cable TVs.
The master bedroom has a new king-sized bedroom set complete with brand new "pillow-top" mattress. This larger room overlooks both the pool and the screened in lanai. For those early risers there are wonderful sunrises from this bedroom. The attached bathroom has a walk-in shower (with a seat to sit inside) and the usual sink and toilet.
There are two other bedrooms - one with a queen-sized bed and another with two sets of bunk beds (sleeping four people each in their own bed).
In the Bedroom Wing, there is also a full bathroom with shower/ bathtub and another bathroom that has a toilet/sink. The smaller bathroom also has a door out to the pool and serves as the pool bath so guests don't have to walk through the house while wet.
In the hallway there is a linen closet that includes lots of towels, bed linens and a vacuum cleaner.
The living wing is a collection of four rooms that consist of the central living room, kitchen, sunroom/dinette and atrium room.
The living room is the central room of the house and has a sectional sofa positioned near the 32-inch TV. The large TV also has an attached DVD player. There is a stereo with a 5-disc CD player that has speakers for both the living room and the atrium. In one corner of the living room is a desk with a computer printer. The house has wireless broadband internet connection. One nice feature of the living room is the wall of glass doors that overlooks the pool so guests can visit while still keeping an eye on the pool activities.
The kitchen has all the usual amenities with large refrigerator and ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. There are loads of pots, pans, flatware, plates and glasses for most occasions. One nice feature about the kitchen is the breakfast bar with three barstools. This has proven a great place to sit as a group in the mornings and plan the day while drinking coffee and cooking breakfast.
Attached to the kitchen is the sunroom which has a dinette table that seats six. Also in this room is another sofa and loveseat that overlooks the pool area.
The atrium room is a large 600 square foot room that has a glass atrium ceiling and a wall of sliding screen doors. The screen doors can be pushed back to the sides so there is an uninterrupted view of the pool, backyard and the water. This room is perfect for dining outside.
Outside is a large, private pool that is heated both by solar blanket (on a roller for easy on/off) and a pool heater. There are many lounge chairs around the pool to relax and read a book or nap in the sun.
Walk out in the large backyard to one of the nicest docks on marco Island with a new 2,000 square foot dock and watch the dolphins, manatee or pelicans fly over. This large dock has plenty of room to lie out in uninterrupted sunlight and has proven to be a wonderful refuge away from all the pool action.
The house also has a garage to keep your car out of the sunshine and a circular driveway to hold more cars.

After spending hours on the internet trying to find the perfect place for our teenagers and us to vacation we finally all voted on this place. We made a great decision in the end and indeed everyone loved this place. The house is located in a beautiful safe neighborhood. The house worked great for everything we wanted - well stocked kitchen, great pool, perfect all-season room, modern living room with great tv, fishing poles and even some frisbees and body boards were stocked in the garage for our use at the beach. We loved the location and convenience to all the restaurants, grocery stores, gym, tennis courts, beach, ice cream shops and marina. However, we found ourselves becoming more lazy as the week went on and enjoyed staying by the pool all day, soaking up the sun or sitting on the pier and grilling at night. My kids loved fishing and running around the large yard. The reservation person was timely and helpful in answering all our questions and the rental process was smooth. Our biggest complaint was that we wanted to bring our little dog along but we couldn't. In the end it wouldn't have worked anyway coming from England and all. This is a place that we will come to many times in the future.
