Stylish, waterfront house w/ everything from a pool table to a heated pool
This 3500 square foot house has something for everyone, with two floors filled with entertainment, stylish décor, spellbinding views and plain old fun. It sleeps ten, with one king bed, two queens, two twins and a sleeper sofa, and it comes with three bathrooms and a two-car garage.
Those of you who savor amazing views will want to sit on the upstairs balcony looking out over the palm tree-lined waterway that seems to go on forever. Meanwhile, the fun-lovers among you will be splashing in the heated pool, while those who crave comfort are luxuriating in the hot tub. If you admire style and glitz, you’ll note how the columns and spacious tiled floor make the lanai resemble the poolside area of a deluxe hotel.
After the fun-lovers are done swimming, they can go inside to the game room and shoot a few games of pool. Then they can watch cable on the big screen TV. Or use the internet to go online. The lovers of stylish décor will wander from room to room admiring the furnishing and all luxurious touches like the plants in the arched wall cutout above the fireplace. And how the floor-to-ceiling windows light up the room with sunlight and the exquisitely decorated space and lush fabrics create such a serene ambience.
The comfort-seekers will appreciate the air conditioning and the many ceiling fans, and the lovers of cuisine will want to check out the spacious, fully stocked kitchen that comes equipped with all the appliances and cookware you need to prepare everything from a formal meal to a tray of beverages to bring out to the lanai.
But the adventure lovers also have a vote on this trip and they’ll want to check out Marco Island’s amazing beaches, with water sport options like stand-up paddle boarding, snorkeling, parasailing, self-guided canoe trips and so much more. The sightseers might go on a swamp buggy tour of the Everglades or a dolphin and whale-watching cruise, while the shoppers opt to take a short walk from the house to the Shops of Marco, where there’s something for everyone, like Island Treasures Souvenirs, salons and spas, clothing boutiques and plenty of delicious dining options.
Lovers of fun, adventure, style, sightseeing and shopping will all agree this is the perfect house. And now is the perfect time to visit.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property. The twin beds in one of the rooms were very uncomfortable and the house was not properly cleaned. However, the location was great and so was the layout of the house.

I stayed in this house for a whole week during July. I enjoyed my stay the house is very confortable and the space are well distributed; however, I would say that Marco Island is a place to isolate your self and rest. There is no night-life there and you can't even have a private party after 10:00 pm. I just think that this info should be available to travelers when they are renting a property. My husband was celebrating his B-day and he was very upset due to the fact that we had to turn off the music. Other than this, our stay was amazing and for sure when I want to rest and relax (no partying) I will go again.
“Very disappointed in cleanliness and condition of the property”

The home itself is nice but the condition was not great. Had issues with the cleaning not being done when we arrived and the air conditioner did not work properly! The hot tub did not work properly and there were no blinds in the main bathroom downstairs off the pool area so there was no privacy!!!!! We spent 2 days waiting on repairs and finally got the hot tub issues worked out after being there nearly 4 days! The bannister going up stairs is loose from the wall and is an accident waiting to happen! The pool cues had 2 of the tips missing and the blinds in the house were so bent up and busted some of them did not even open or close!!!! For nearly a 2 million dollar home the condition inside is somewhat poor!

We love Marco Island have been coming down for 20 years now. The house was nice but we have stayed in many houses and this one would not be one of my top 5 to stay at. The outside is beautiful waterways....loved that. Andrew our agent is an absolute soon as we called he was there to fix the problem...for that we thank-you!!!!

Vacationing in Marco Island is the best decision I made for our family trip. The house where we stayed at was wonderful. It has a beautiful view out to the back and the rooms in the house are very spacious. The house was found in very clean conditions and location was great. We will definitely come back, hopefully soon. Thanks to Marco Island Homes you guys were very professional and attentive.

The home on Barfield is not only beautiful but, it's centrally located and complete with everything you need for your trip, except for a wine opener. We loved the pool and hot tub, using them every day, especially since we were there in a tropical storm. Our group consisted of 4 small children and 7 adults. Plenty of room for everyone, with room to sneak off and find a quiet corner. Comes highly recommended by this family!

My family and I just returned from a 3 week stay at this property and we would highly recommend it. The home is very spacious so everyone had ample space to spread out. The position on the water is fabulous (we saw plenty of tarpon and even a few manatees!) and the layout of both the interior and the lanai take advantage of it's position on the water with beautiful serene views. This is a great place for water lovers. We also found the location to be very convenient to shops and restaurants. Perfect place for some R & R!

Booked for a family of 4, two kids aged 10 and 13. House was spotlessly clean, very spacious with a great open plan living area. Games room with a full size pool table a real bonus, and all the modern electrical appliances you could hope for-except music,
which is why property only got a 4 out of 5. Agent is exceptional and very helpful throughout our stay-photos simply don't do the house justice-its great and we have stayed all over Florida-always house/villas
