Description
It’s a water lover’s paradise. It’s a boater’s paradise. You get twice as much paradise with this 2,400 square foot house and its water views that seem to extend forever. The house sleeps eight, with one king bed, two queens, a sleeper sofa and it comes with 2.5 bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage.
The large private dock gives you direct boating access to the Gulf of Mexico. Relax on the dockside chairs, enjoying the view and spending a little quality time observing your new neighbors, the seabirds and the jumping fish. Wooden stairs take you up to the lanai, which offers easy living at its best, with a heated pool, grill and plenty of lounge chairs to read or lay back and soak in the peaceful sights and sounds.
It’s hard to beat the feeling of floating in the warm water, looking out at the canal lined by palm trees with a backdrop of blue sky. You won’t want to come inside. But when you do, you won’t want to leave. The air conditioning and ceiling fans make sure the temperature’s always hovering just around perfect. The cozy furnishings and decorative boats and fish on the wall give the house a tranquil, seaside feel. In the wide-open dining area, the table sits beside an interior stone wall.
The spacious kitchen contains everything you need, from a refrigerator and stove to a microwave and dishwasher to a coffee maker and blender. If the outside is a boater’s paradise, then the bedrooms are a dreamer’s paradise, with soft beds beside windows that let in the warm, fragrant winds and the sound of gently lapping water.
When you feel like lounging around the house, you’ve got cable television to entertain you, and you can use the free wi-fi to search the best Marco Island activities. Or maybe you’d prefer searching out those activities in your boat. Cruise the residential waterways on your way to exploring one of the remote islands. Or if you want to sit back and let someone else do the captaining, take a swamp buggy tour of the Everglades.
The house is conveniently located near the Shops of Marco, where there’s something for everyone, from souvenirs shops to salons and spas to clothing boutiques and plenty of restaurants. “Relaxing time once again in Marco”
This property was not on the beach, but that proved to be nice since we simply biked there as we desired. The pool was perfect, beds slept well, and the house was clean when we arrived.
