This 2-story, 3000 square foot vacation rental, with rear exposure to the south, isn’t just fit for a king. It’s fit for two kings, and queens and all their princes and princesses. It comes with two master suites, with two king-sized beds, and it sleeps ten, with three bathrooms and a two-car garage, making it the ideal place for a family gathering or group of friends.
When you first step inside, you’ll think to yourself, “This isn’t a beach house. More like a beach palace.”
One of the master suites, located on the second floor, opens up onto a balcony that overlooks a lush garden and gives you a view of the heart of Marco Island. The living room, bordered by two full-sized sofas, is too spacious to fit in a single photo. You’ll lose count of all the glass tables beneath overhead fans, the potted plants and paintings and Berber carpets.
An ornate dining room table beside an arched window gives you a view of the garden. A breakfast table beside a wall-to-ceiling window overlooks the pool. A fully appointed kitchen contains all the appliances and cookware you need to prepare anything from a formal dinner to a tray of cocktails to bring out to the lanai.
The beach palace spaciousness continues on the lanai, where you’ll find your own private heated pool and hot tub, along with a family-sized table, all overlooking the palm tree-fringed canal.
For in-home entertainment, you have cable TV and Internet. There’s also bikes and everything you need for the beach, including beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler and plenty of toys for the kids.
Marco Island is the largest of Florida’s ten thousand islands, and it’s filled with ten thousand activities, like sea shell boat cruises. Swamp buggy tours of the Everglades. Or how about a visit to the Marco Island Historical Museum? If total relaxation is more your style, lay back on beaches of sugar white sand and cool off with a dip in the sparkling blue ocean.
Treat yourself like royalty at the Marco Town Center Mall, where you’ll find specialty boutiques, a grocery store, fine dining options and weekly concerts.
A luxurious, comfortable beach palace in the heart of sun-drenched Marco Island. All the king’s horses and all the king’s men couldn’t find a better vacation destination than this one.
At Marco Island Vacation Properties, we’re proud to be members of the local community. We’re family owned and operated, and we’ve been introducing visitors to this wonderland since 1989. We specialize in seasonal and annual rentals. We don’t just hand you the keys and say, “Enjoy your stay.” We’re available around the clock to answer any and all questions, from “How to I access the Wi-Fi?” to “Where do we go to get the best ice cream?” We have a full team eager to help. We give you maintenance and housekeeping support, babysitting and grocery shopping services and much more. To make sure your stay goes smoothly, we recently developed a proprietary app that’s like having your own personal tour guide. It gives you all the information you need to know, before, during and after your stay: Arrival tips. Directions to the property. Tips on how to best enjoy all the amenities the property has to offer. If you get lost, the app helps you locate your rental property using your phone’s GPS. It also maps out restaurants, special attractions and everywhere else you want to go.

The home at 1611 Almeria Court in Marco Island
was beautifully decorated and spacious. The outside patio and pool area was furnished with all we needed to relax by the pool and have many meals at the outside dining table as the entire exterior at the back of the property was
screened with overhead fans.

The vacation was great especially as a break home for future med and law students. When we arrived Sunday however the property mgmt company said they had a lock box which was completely opened and anyone could've taken the keys. The house itself was fabulous. What we used the most was the pool and the surround sound in the house (make sure you bring a cord). The kitchen was fully stocked with the basics we only needed groceries. The grill worked and was easy to use. The house is great but I guess Marco was a bit too low key. The beaches are all shells and murky water, as a Miami beach resident this was "oh well" moment. So we spent most of our time using the pool. There is NO night life.
“A wonderful place for a family of 10 to spend time together”

This house was perfect for 6 adults and 4 children under the age of 12 to relax together and still attend all the wedding events we were on Marco Island for. The kids loved the pool and we all loved having our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The house was beautifully decorated and spacious. We all felt right at home.

PHENOMENAL WEEK. Andrew was wonderful letting my in laws get the keys for us as well as his rapid response to our pool dilemma. I would def recommend this property to others. And would recommend VRBO and Andrew Vale as well.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. Bedroom layouts were excellent. Everything you need was supplied by the owners. Being overly critical I have to say a new washer & dryer, updated flat screen T.V.'s, and a new sectional in the rec room are needed. We are senior citizens and getting up & down from the sectional was difficult. We definetly would recommend this home for rental. There are 6 t.v.'s to watch and plenty of space to roam. We would rent here again.
