Newer built, waterfront house w/ heated pool & hot tub
Total comfort, inside and out, that’s what you get with this newer built waterfront house. It gives you 2300 square feet and sleeps eight, with one king bed, one queen, one full and two twins. It has 2.5 bathrooms and a two-car garage.
When you first arrive, the soft rustling of wind through palm fronds in the front garden sets the tone of total relaxation that will continue throughout your stay. Take a dip in the heated pool on the lanai surrounded by lush tropical plants. Then move over to the hot tub and feel the warm, swirling waters melt away your cares. The whispery sound you hear beyond the line of palms is the canal waters lapping against the wall. That’s where you’ll find your own private dock. The shaded table and gas grill will make poolside barbeques one of your family’s favorite meals of the day.
Floor-to-ceiling windows bring the relaxing outdoor ambience inside. Cozy furnishings, indoor plants and the impeccably decorated interior enhance the feeling of calm. The spacious, gourmet kitchen, with plants atop the cabinets, comes with plenty of counter space and a row of chairs. You’ll find all the modern appliances and cookware you need to prepare everything from a sit-down family dinner to a tray of drinks to bring out to the lanai.
The polished teak dining room table sits beside an arched window, giving you a view of the lush garden outside. Air conditioning and ceiling fans let you adjust the temperature just the way you want it, and when you want to sit back and unwind, you can enjoy cable on the big screen TV or use the internet to post accounts of how incredibly rejuvenated Marco Island makes you feel. The cozy bedrooms come with ample closet space and soft, comfortable bedding that joins with the cool breeze off the water to send you into a deep and refreshing sleep.
More relaxation awaits at Paradise Coast, with its warm sands, turquoise waters, fabulous sunsets and endless array of water sports, like parasailing, shelling cruises and kayaking. The house comes with everything you need to for a day at the beach. You’ve got bikes, beach chairs and umbrella, a cooler and plenty of beach toys for the kids.
So come enjoy all the comforts of home and all the adventures of Marco Island.

We have rented 1064 Cottonwood for 4 or 5 years now and have always been very happy. The house is well located - a short drive to the beach , well stocked and always very clean. Having the pool and hot tub to ourselves is great.
