Description
Waterfront 3 bedroom house just over a mile to the beautiful white sandy beach of Marco Island. Private pool. Screened in deck. Southwest exposure keeps it nice and sunny in the winter. We make it as convenient as we can with lots of things available for you to use during your stay. There are bikes to borrow- Marco Island is flat with lots of sidewalks making it easy for you to ride to the beach or great restaurants. We can help with all of your arrangements.

Response from the owner The renter reached out to us when they arrived with the issues that they identified in their review. The issues were immediately addressed, and we continued to stay in contact with the renters to ensure the issues were resolved. Based on their responses it appeared that was the case. Specifically, about the stove we said that there was a self-cleaning option that they could try that evening and we could get the housekeeper back the next day. They said they could clean the stove themselves and having the housekeeper return wasn’t necessary. We do have it regularly sprayed and when they said there were ants we had the exterminator come right away to do a special spraying. We appreciate this feedback and have ensured our housekeeper will clean the inside of the oven and we will continue to check in with future renters to ensure everything is up to our high standards.
