Villa Rita is an enchanting residential complex divided up into five holiday apartments. It is situated in the heart of the Sorrento Peninsula, just a few minutes' drive from the delightful little village of Nerano, in the municipality of Massa Lubrense.
Facing the Gulf of Salerno, very close to Punta Campanella, in the Marine Protected Area of the same name, the Villa is located in a private residential park just a few hundred metres from the ancient fishing village of Marina del Cantone.
The beautiful gravel beach of Marina del Cantone, equipped with excellent seaside facilities and places to eat, can be reached along a pedestrian path and a stairway of about 80 steps, surrounded by Mediterranean maquis vegetation.
Villa Rita has a car park inside the gate at the entrance to the property. Each apartment has a private open-air parking space. For maximum convenience during your stay at Villa Rita, we suggest hiring a car and parking it inside the gate.
Villa Rita is about 700 metres from Marina del Cantone, where you will find little food shops and restaurants. There is a small supermarket 1.5 km away in Nerano, and the beach is about 30 metres away.
Right along the coastline there are inlets and little coves with crystal-clear waters, which have remained unspoilt partly thanks to how difficult they are to reach. Most of them are accessible only on foot, which helps to keep them as nature intended.
Just a few hundred metres away, a steep but short climb leads up to the top of Monte San Costanzo, at an altitude of 448 metres, from which there are breathtaking views of the greenery, the rocks, the sun and the sea of the gulfs of Naples and Salerno.
Villa Rita is the ideal place for a quiet, relaxing seaside holiday, and is also a perfect base from which to explore and get to know the marvellous Sorrento Peninsula and the romantic Amalfi Coast.
Luly is a bright, romantic little 30 m2 apartment suitable for 2 people, situated on the third (top) floor of Villa Rita. It can be reached from the parking area, up a staircase of around 70 steps.
Luly has a private Jacuzzi tub, direct access to the beach and the sea, a private terrace, air conditioning and heating.
The non-heated Jacuzzi pool is 2 metres wide by 2 metres long. The pool area is equipped with a deck chair and sun loungers. The garden offers a delightful view of the sea and the Bay of Nerano. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the middle of October.
The terrace measures around 40 m2. Part of it is shaded by a cane pergola, and it is equipped with a table and chairs, as well as a portable barbecue. Spectacular views can be had from the terrace.
Access to the apartment is through the terrace. The Luly holiday apartment in the Sorrento Peninsula is made up of a living area, a sleeping area, a small kitchenette and a bathroom.
Has bright, classy furnishings, which include a sofa (which on request can be used as an extra bed), a table that seats three and a TV. The kitchenette is equipped with four electric rings, a fridge freezer, microwave, Italian coffee maker and toaster.
The sitting room leads out onto the terrace through three convenient French doors, one of which is especially large and offers splendid views.
has a washbasin, toilet and enclosed shower. Access is off the corridor.
In the laundry room, located outside the apartment, you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board for your convenience....Read more

Feeling Italy team at the office very helpful and friendly. The property location, you couldn't wish for more, with generous outdoor space on balcony and jacuzzi. Inside the property it was great, however curtains when drawn had holes in them letting through light, the kettle couldn't use as white film when boiling water. Microwave, couldn't work. (wanted to give 5 stars, just these 3 things in the way!)Would have been nice to have welcome book do's and dont's, local restaruants ameneties etc. Alot of steps up to property, might bother some, but fine for us.
Overall absolutly fell in love with the place, we will be back hopefully!!

Luly was bright and wonderful. Great location but best if you have a car although groceries, buses and ferry to other locations such as Positano and Capri are walking distance.
Our hosts from Feeling Italy were great and responded when we had questions.
The views were outstanding! We would definitely return.
Some additional touches like free wi-fi (should be a must!), information resources (e.g., maps, recommended things to do, where to shop and eat, schedule of garbage days, ferry schedule, instructions for the TV and washer, etc..,) were missing which would have made the stay at Luly perfect. Also, a few more appliances like a toaster and coffee maker would be great for those of us who like breakfast.

Perfect small apartment for a couple that wants to relax in a quiet and romantic place. Everything you need is provided in the apartment - simple but functional. The terrace is really beautiful - such as the view - and the private jacuzzi is super to relax after a day at the beach or a sightseeing tour. At the nearby camping supermarket you can get fantastic croissants to enjoy a cozy breakfast with an overwhelming view on your own terrace - a perfect start for a vacation day...
