Appartamento all'isola d'Elba con terrazzo attrezzato e vista mare sul golfo della rinomata località di Fetovaia.
Composto da entrata living con angolo cottura attrezzato, una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e una con letto matrimoniale e letto a castello con sponde, bagno con lavatrice e doccia. Aria condizionata con pompa di calore e tv.
Dista qualche minuto a piedi dalla spiaggia di Fetovaia, dove si possono trovare servizi quali: affitto sdraio e ombrelloni, noleggio gommoni, canoe e pedalò, diving, ristorante self-service, bar e tabacchi.
Pur essendo non distante dalla spiaggia è situato in posizione tranquilla.
