The house is located inside a Cottage in the center of the country. On the first floor of the two is composed of a large living room, a kitchen, a nice bathroom and a large bedroom. In addition to the exclusive use have a terrace of about 100 square meters. E 'equipped with all the comforts ESPECIALLY FOR CHILDREN 0-10 YEARS. There is a beautiful garden and the house is close to all princiapli services: e-supermarket-night pharmacy-bar-restaurants-park 'Marino Laziale is a perfect place to stay. The village is famous for the 'festival of' Uva 'that every first Sunday of October celebrates giving grapes and wine with the famous miracle of the fountains that give free wine. It 'full of restaurants and bars. A 3 km there is Frascati, famous for its long promenade with balcony overlooking Rome. Castel Gandolfo, the Pope's summer residence is at 3 km you can also go here to refresh the lake and enjoy a walk in the woods rich in fauna and flora. About 20 minutes are the famous Pratoni del ViVARO
