Banana Valley Villa is one of the three Eden Villas, they are custom built and luxurious architect designed villas situated in the rolling hills. The villas offer the discerning holiday maker the perfect place to relax and unwind in a tranquil and beautiful location where privacy and serenity is assured. Villas have large and totally private swimming pools (Olive Grove and Fig Tree 10 x 5 m, 1.5 m deep, Banana Valley 7x4 m, 1.5 m deep) with a wide pool side area with teak furniture and large parasols. All villas have an outdoor Jacuzzi with magnificent view. From the centre of Marmaris the villas are 6km away and are located on a quiet and scenic forested slope which all nature lovers will adore and with just one farmhouse in the neighbourhood you can be assured of total seclusion and privacy. The villas are light, airy and spacious rooms, cool in summer and seamlessly combine a taste of traditional Turkey with modern style and luxury in an unobtrusive and simple manner.Throughout the villas all furnishings are of the highest quality and where appropriate are made of teak or wrought iron and are handmade by skilled local craftsmen.
All materials used in the villas are locally sourced, whether they are handwoven Turkish cotton materials or traditional handwoven kilim carpets made from locally spun wool.
All rooms are fully air-conditioned with cold and warm air available to ensure your total comfort.
Villa has an alfresco dining area on the terrace and another dining area inside. Kitchen: electric cooker and oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and fridge with a separate freezer, plus crockery and cutlery, all in custom designed and produced surroundings. Banana Valley Villa has one bedroom with an en-suite shower/bath/WC and double bed, while the third person can make use of a separate shower and WC. Banana Valley Villa has an outdoor Jacuzzi with magnificent view to foresty valley.

“A place that must be stayed at!”

If Eeva (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
