Description
Villa Iris comprises from a large (4.000 sqm)private garden with flowers,trees, stone BBQ, swimming pool of 40sqm with sum beds and outside shower. In the villa all rooms are fully airconditioned and have access to a fully furnished balcony which offers breathtaking view. In the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with dining room and office, a fulll bathroom with shower and a bedroom with two single beds. The upper floor has two bedrooms, the first with a double bed and the second with one bed and a full bathroom with bathtub. The villa can accommodate until 7 persons as it has a sofa bed for two persons and has also the amenities for children and garden games.

Great views from all the balconies. Superb local restaurants in the nearby village of Maroulas with outstanding views. Villa only five miles from Rethymno.
