Magnificent spacious, charming and private 3-bedroom villa with very large (1500 sqm) garden and pool (10 x 3.5m) and high-speed internet access. Tastefully designed by renowned architect Charles Boccara, the villa has a beautiful exterior courtyard/ dining area. The villa is situated in a secure development (Les Jardins de Touhina) with 24-hour security, only 25 minutes from the centre of Marrakech. The development has 37 villas with Clubhouse and Spa and mature communal gardens and walkways. Unusual for Marrakech, the villa offers complete privacy and is not overlooked.The villa has 3 large and spacious ensuite bedrooms, a living room, a dining room and a well-equipped kitchen, with hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine and other appliances. All rooms have air conditioning. There is also satellite TV and free internet access. The garden is beautiful with a huge lawn area surrounded by many mature plants and fruit trees and the front garden area has a delightful rose garden. The swimming pool is large. The villa is staffed with a maid (Touria) and a daily cleaning service is part of the package. Touria is also an excellent chef and produces wonderful Moroccan food. If you would like meals prepared for you notice the day before is preferred, although we do keep a store of ingredients for last minute requests. A 2-course lunch costs Pd. Stlg. 11 and 3-course dinner Pd. Stlg. 15 per person. Meals for children under 12 are half price. A well stocked honesty bar is operated for beverages, which are very reasonably priced. We can organise taxis to/from Marrakech. A taxi from the airport costs approximately MAD 250 (EUR 23) whilst the cost of a taxi to the town centre is approximately EUR 20 each way. We will provide you with a local mobile phone with useful numbers (i.e. taxi, local doctor, villa staff, etc). The number can be made available for your family upon confirmation of your booking.
