Description
This approximately 90 square meter house in the historical center of Marsala is a real gem. Two 150-square-meter beautifully landscaped terraces, the central location and the high-quality equipment make the object into something special. During the restoration in 2015 much emphasis was placed on the materials used. One of the two double bedrooms leads directly to one of the two terraces. Both bedrooms have an en suite bathroom with shower, sink and space easily separated toilet and bidet. In one of the bathrooms 5000 quality mosaic tiles were used for the shower. The two bedrooms open from the living room with an open but also separate kitchenette. Here you find everything which makes a holiday really comfortable. Dishwasher, coffee machine, crockery, a large fridge-freezer, 4-burner gas hob and combination microwave. On the balcony adjacent to the kitchen there is the washing area with washing machine. On the small, open gallery above the living room there is an additional bed and a small work area. The living room opens to the other terrace which goes to Via XI Maggio. The terraces are partly covered and shielded so that there is enough protection from the sun and prying eyes of neighbors. The old manor house with a mix of Sicilian tradition and modern design exudes a relaxed atmosphere and also has Wi-Fi, TV, stereo, air conditioning / heat pump, and more. The electrical system in the home is particularly noteworthy and also high, so there may also washing machine and other electrical devices can run simultaneously, which is very rare in Sicily.
The house is just 200 meters from the Main Square, Piazza della Republica, and only 500 meters from the sea. The car can be parked free of charge on a non-guarded parking lot (Piazza della Vittoria) before the Porta Nuova.
Trapani Airport is about 20 minutes, the Palermo airport about 90 minutes away by car.
Dieses etwa 90 Quadratmeter große Haus mitten im historischen Zentrum von Marsala ist ein echtes Juwel. Zwei insgesamt 150 Quadratmeter große wunderschön angelegte Terrassen, die zentrale Lage sowie die hochwertige Ausstattung machen das Objekt zu etwas Besonderem. Bei der Restaurierung 2015 wurde viel Wert auf die verwendeten Materialien gelegt. Von den beiden Schlafzimmern mit Doppelbetten betritt man direkt eine der beiden Terrassen. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein Bad en Suite mit Dusche, Waschbecken und räumlich leicht abgetrennten WC und Bidet. In einem der Bäder wurden alleine 5000 hochwertige Mosaiksteine für die Dusche verwendet. Die beiden Schlafzimmer gehen vom Wohnzimmer mit offener, aber dennoch separater Kochecke ab. Hier ist alles untergebracht, was den Urlaub richtig komfortabel macht. Geschirrspüler, Kaffeeautomat, reichlich Geschirr, eine große Kühl- Gefrierkombination, 4-Flammen-Gasherd und Mikrowelle mit Ofenfunktion. Auf einem an die Küche angrenzenden Balkon befindet sich die Waschecke mit Waschmaschine. Auf der offenen, kleinen Galerie über dem Wohnzimmer gibt es eine weitere Schlafmöglichkeit und einen kleinen Arbeitsbereich. Über das Wohnzimmer gelangt man auf die andere Terrasse die zur Via XI Maggio geht. Die Terrassen sind teilweise überdacht und abgeschirmt, so dass es genug Schutz vor der Sonne und neugierigen Blicken der Nachbarn gibt. Das alte herrschaftliche Haus mit einem Mix aus sizilianischer Tradition und modernem Design versprüht eine entspannte Atmosphäre und verfügt darüber hinaus über Wi-Fi, TV, Stereoanlage, Aircondition/Wärmepumpe und vieles mehr. Die Elektrik im Hause ist besonders bemerkenswert und ebenfalls hochwertig, so dass hier auch Waschmaschine und andere elektrische Geräte gleichzeitig laufen können, was auf Sizilien sehr selten ist.
Das Haus liegt nur 200 Meter vom Hauptplatz, Piazza della Republica, und nur 500 Meter vom Meer entfernt. Das Auto kann kostenfrei auf einem nicht bewachten Parkplatz (Piazza della Vittoria) vor der Porta Nuova abgestellt werden.
Der Flughafen Trapani ist etwa 20 Autominuten, der Flughafen Palermo etwa 90 Autominuten entfernt.
