I PREZZI SI RIFERISCONO AD APPARTAMENTO PER 2 PERSONE; PER OLTRE 2 PERSONE IL PREZZO VARIA

-Sulla riserva naturale della laguna dello Stagnone gli appartamenti Zullo e Sina hanno di fronte l'isola di Mozia, l'isola Lunga e l'isola di Santa Maria e al di là di queste le isole Egadi. Ideali per trascorre momenti di relax e ammirare tramonti di incomparabile bellezza, pista ciclabile che costeggia lo stagnone di fronte casa . si trovano al piano terra all' interno di una villetta .L'appartamento Zullo a piano terra ed è dotato di 1 camera da letto matrimoniale con ventilatore a tetto, aria condizionata ,soggiorno con angolo cottura , frigo , televisione , divano letto (1piazza), un bagno con doccia, asciugacapelli, lavatrice, veranda privata con barbecue , tavolo con sedie, sedie a sdraio, biancheria da letto/bagno.Possibilità di parcheggiare le auto all'interno della villetta

L' appartamento “ Sina “ a piano terra con una camera da letto matrimoniale e una singola con ventilatori a tetto, aria condizionata ,bagno con doccia , asciuga capelli – lavatrice , soggiorno con divano letto ( una piazza ) ,angolo cottura, frigo e televisione ,veranda privata con tavolo e sedie sdraio , barbecue, biancheria da letto/bagno Possibilità di parcheggiare le auto all'interno della villetta Spazio comune ad entrambe i miniappartamenti è un giardino ben curato di circa 300 mq. con prato verde e piante ornamentali mediterranee e piscina esterna sopraelevata di 6 metri di diametro . Le isole della Laguna sono raggiungibili oltre che in barca anche in canoa e/ o pedalò (nelle vicinanze ci sono delle agenzia che si occupano di affittarli ) ; A circa km 6 vi è anche la scuola di Kite Surf ; centro città a km 4 Per muoversi e' necessario in mezzo di trasporto, la linea urbana di autobus, distante pochi metri cessa alle ore 20. Attrezzata con divanetti in vimini , sdraio, tavolo e sedie costituisce ideale luogo di relax durante la calura estiva perché circondata da In citta' e' possibile visitare la “ via del sale “ che costeggia le saline con antichi mulini e la “ via del vino “ dove e' possibile visitare le piu' antiche cantine specializzate nella produzione del vino Marsala . Interessante e' la visita ad alcuni siti tipici come la cittadella medievale di Erice , i siti archeologici di Selinunte , Segesta , Cave di Cusa , isola di Mothia – collegamenti con le isole Egadi .- POSSIBILE COMBINARE VACANZA CON SOGGIORNO A FAVIGNANA compatibilmente con disponibilita' di posti I PREZZI SI RIFERISCONO AD UN APPARTAMENTO PER 2 PERSONE
