Our comfortable 3 bedroom apartment has a true village feeling! It comfortably fits six guests(with the possibility of the 7th on an extra bed)and is centrally located on a quiet street in Marsascala. It is just few meters away from beach and centre!
The apartment is brand new and finished to the highest standards and includes everything you need to make your vacation in Malta a special one. The apartment is spacious and has an area of over 77 square metres giving you ample comfortable space for you and your family.

This apartment is at street level. Although located in a quiet residential area, it is only a few minutes away by walk from the promenade of Marsascala where you will find a good selection of bars and restaurants, a park for the kids, gelateria, pharmacy, bank, stationary and convenient food store etc..
It is few minutes in either direction of the promenade from rocky beaches and also to St Thomas Bay sandy beach.
The recently opened Sant Antnin Family Fun Park is 20 minute walk away and features a 5 aside football pitch, play ground for ages 2-12 and much more..

The Neighbourhood
Our neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, free parking spaces is available on the street and is close to all the necessities needed for you to be comfortable and relaxed while enjoying a great holiday!
Getting Around
The bus stop is 3 minutes walk away and runs regularly every 20 minutes to Valletta, the capital. From here you can get other buses to other areas of Malta.
Other Things to Note
Security damage deposit of €100 required. Deposit is refundable on last day of the stay when no damages are found in the apartment. The use of air condition is also included in the rental rates, however use of electricity is included at a maximum of €3 per night. This would normally suffice for any stay and only in exceptional circumstances there was a need to top up. Any extra units will be charged at €0.20c per unit utilising an automated electricity meter (by inserting Eur 1 and Eur 2 coins)
