L'appartement est situé dans le quartier de Noailles, quartier historique très animé, populaire et commerçant, multi-ethnique, dans l'hypercentre de Marseille, à deux pas de la Canebière, en face du Cours Julien, à 10 min à pied de la gare et du vieux port, et à 25 min du Mucem.

La rue est calme, semi-piétonne et fleurie par les habitants du quartier.

L'immeuble date de 1848. Entièrement rénové, il possède le charme de l'ancien marseillais ( tommettes, poutres apparentes, hauts plafonds).

L'appartement est traversant, avec une partie sur une cour ( loggia) et l'autre sur la rue. Il est au 3ème étage, sans ascenseur, avec un interphone, une porte blindée et un coffre à clé extérieur.

La decoration est d'inspiration contemporaine et ethnique, avec une ambiance cozy : Vous vous sentirez d'emblée comme chez vous.

Il mesure 63 m2, avec un double salon de 23 m2 ( 3 canapés) et une chambre de 22 m2 (un lit deux places),une cuisine de 8 m2 et une salle de bain indépendante, les wc séparés sont situés dans la loggia.

Il est entièrement meublé et équipé avec beaucoup de rangements, du linge de maison, serviettes de toilettes à disposition, ainsi que tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner.

Quand au quartier, j'avais bien not� dans l'annonce qu'il s'agit d'un quartier populaire avec tout ce que cela sous-entend, les bons c�t�s et les d�sagr�ments?encore que l'appartement et la rue sont tr�s calmes. Certains appr�cient, d'autres moins, tout est une affaire de go�t.
