Description

This family-run secluded holiday cottage is located in the centre of a picturesque wine village in the Layon region. The village is known as a “village de charme” and has been awarded “4 flowers” in the regional horticultural beauty competition. It is close to the valley of the Loire and a number of popular tourist sites. The house is 160 square metres, in the regional style (Angevin). It has been recently entirely restored and is well equipped with all the modern comforts. It offers 4 bedrooms with the option to sleep up to nine people, and could be ideal for two families wishing to share their holiday together. The ground floor and first floor each have a master bedroom and a smaller bedroom of 2 and 3 beds, along with one cot and one high chair. The property is 1700 square metres in total, has a closed courtyard, a garden, two terraces, parking spaces for several cars and is entirely private. Nearby you can find an equestrian centre, hiking trails, mountain bike paths, a local swimming pool, and ponds and lakes with fishing facilities. All services (supermarkets, shops, doctor, chemist, dentists etc.) are located only 3km (1.8 miles) away.

Great place for extended family holiday, with everything provided. Nice house with large garden. Good location for visiting places in the Western Loire. Very friendly and helpful owners.
