We rented a one bedroom ground floor apartment which we were quite satisfied with. The location is about 15 mins from Sorrento, in a small town that's lively nonetheless. Off street parking is a major convenience. The apartment was comfortable for our family of four -- our daughters slept on the sofa and a fold-up cot provided by the owner. Piero and Sergio were very responsive -- they quickly took care of any problems we had, answered questions, etc. Pool is very nice, with great views -- and beautiful sunsets.
A few areas that could be improved: We had trouble getting in touch with them when we arrived Sunday evening (so make sure you know how to reach them, and when), the air conditioning was too weak to make worth using, and there are no towels for the pool. Also the 7 day minimum.
Be sure to check out the bakery down the street (take a left when you come to the main road when leaving the apt, it's at bottom of hill on the right; 10 minute walk from the apt). The bread is awesome (pastries OK).
Everything considered, we would definitely recommend staying here.
“Excellent address to start discovering the amalfitan coast.”

Very friendly reception and good communication (also before arrival). Nice and quiet location with a great view. Excellent accomodation although sofa-bed was not of correct quality (any more?) to let sleep 2 older teenagers (has been solved by installing one extra bed).
Appartment well cleaned when entering, but as no intermediate cleaning and no cleaning equipment available, it get's a bit dirty after some time (we stayed 1,5 week).
Excellent location to visit Capri, Sorrento, Positano. Already far (in time rather than km) from Vesuvius, Pompei and Naples.

We spent Four days in april at this place and it is a nice and modern venue, great view to both golfs and close to S. Agata which is an authentic village with Good restaurants and not too many tourists. Service at arrival from the rental office was good. S. Agata is a perfect place to explore Sorrent, Pompeji and the amalfi Coast. The flat we had was on the ground floor of the Building with direct access to a nice terrace and the Garden with lemon trees. The flat was nicely furnitured in "Ikea"-style, everything quiet new. As it wasn't that warm during our stay we recognised that the whole Building wasn't very well heated so it was a little bit cold and clammy. We asked twice how to use the air condition as heating but it just didn't work. Definetely no recommendation to stay there during the winter period.
We have been nearly alone in the building during the first days. On day 3 a family moved to the flat above us and we were absolutely happy that they have been the only neighbours as the house turned out to have no sound control at all. Unimagenable what happens when the house is full of families.
Last comment: we obviously had a misunderstanding with the guy from the rental office as we asked him on our arrival at what time we will have to leave at departure day and he told us that we don't have to worry about that. The consequence was that the cleaning Lady knocked at our door 10 minutes past 10 and told us to leave the flat in max. 15 Minutes. Very uncomfortable as we had to pack our luggage and everything in a hurry.
“lovely experience of a small Italian town which also gave good a”

We had a wonderful holiday at Le Capannelle in Sant'Agata! The apartment is pristine, spacious, and comfortable, and the grounds are truly lovely, filled with flowers, fig and olive trees, and grape vines. We were well located for our visits to the amalfi Coast, Capri, and Pompeii and although we had a little walk through town to reach the bus stop, this was more than rewarded by the spectacular views we had from Le Capannelle, and the chance to spend some time in tranquil, less touristy Sant'Agata. Most of all, we appreciated the hospitality of Piero's colleague, Crescenzo, who gave us such a warm welcome and went above and beyond to help us have an amazing holiday! He was filled with suggestions for restaurants, shops, must-sees along the aC and Capri, and generously helped us make arrangements for our boat tour of Capri and visit to a neighboring farm. This was all in addition to his picking us up at the train station on the day of our arrival because the Sita bus drivers were on strike! On our way up to Le Capannelle, he gave us a scenic tour of the peninsula, stopping at some of the most beautiful panoramic points and sharing so much information about the area. Grazie mille, Crescenzo, for your warm hospitality! I would absolutely return to Le Capannelle for its beautiful locale, tranquility, amazing views, and superlative hospitality from Crescenzo and Piero.

I would say a okay place.
We stayed for two days and at the ground floor. This apartment had good space for a mum/dad with one or two kids or for a couple, as the appartment we had, only have one bedroom and a couch in the livingroom. The bathroom was realy nice.
The apartment was light and very clean, but after one day the kitchen got invaded of a battel of marching ants from out side :-/ This place realy have a problem with the ants.
We had a nice outdore terrace with beautiful garden furniture, but no sun beds, which is a problem as the upstairs pool aria is very small and there is only very few sunbeds. Garden is nothing special, just grass. Good thing with this place is that its very close to the town.
The kitchen was well equipped but wineglass was missing.

as for the service everything was perfect. It is the amenitie. The apartment is located on the ground floor ( I didn't notice that when we booked) and there are a lot of ants, so we found infestation ( I'm talking 1000 and more on the spot, as big as a 2 euro ) everytime just a little piece of food was on the counter or in the dishwasher. Also the humidity in the batheroom, you can see the walls have been yet from water and there are molds. It is important to specify that this appartement as no view since it's on the ground. We had to go on the roof to have a view. The pool was clean and very refreshing after the days of visiting. But I confirm that after a fiew days, the water is not so clear but a man every morning was cleaning it so I guess it's not a lack of maintenance. The location is great if you want to be relaxing for a bit during your stay in italy and if you want to visite Pompei, vesuve and the amalfy coast including Capri and Ischia.
