Villa Lillamora is a characteristic and welcoming two-story apartment that is part of an ancient country house with the strong charachter which derives from it actually being a restored old mill. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Lillamora you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea and of the coastline. Villa Lillamora is 150 square meters (1615 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be at a short distance from the center of Massa Lubrense, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for the SITA bus Sorrento - Torca line at 500 meters (1640 feet) and the closest beach at 2 km (roughly 1.25 miles). You will reach Villa Lillamora from the parking area going up a short public walkway that includes approximately 18 stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Villa Lillamora. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, in a reserved parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one small car (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller). If necessary, you can park additional cars or larger cars along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces). Please note that access to Villa Lillamora is along a 100-meter (330-foot) narrow uphill road.

Villa Lillamora is part of an old farmhouse divided into three apartments, two of which are occupied by the owners. You will share the garden with them and their two well-trained dogs, who stroll off-leashed in the external areas!

Swimming Pool

You will reach the swimming pool from the garden going up approximately 20 stairway steps. The pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 2 meters (6.5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, four deck chairs, four sun loungers and an external shower, and it is partly shaded by a pergola and by olive trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coastline. The pool is open from the beginning of May until mid-October.

Garden

The garden is 150 square meters (1615 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. You will be able to reach it from the living room and from the entrance hall. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the garden you will enjoy a partial view of the sea and of the coastline. The garden is occasionally crossed by the owners in order to reach their accommodations.

Bottom FloorLiving Room

The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include two sofas and two armchairs. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the garden with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door.

Kitchen

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The kitchen has two small windows.

Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has a window with a view of the garden. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room climbing 13 steps. The furnishings are simple.
