Description

This vacation home comfortably sleeps 14 in 6 bedrooms split among 3 levels and has WiFi, a pool table, a ping pong table, hot tub for 6, smart TVs in every bedroom. Easily accommodates 2-3 families with lots of parking, 2 family rooms, and 3 coffeemakers. Discount for Fire, Police and Military. Send email for 360 pictures (pictures which give you a complete panaromic view of the room).

The sleeping for 14 is as follows:

- Main Level: king (1), queen (1), and 4 bunk beds built into the wall.

- Second Level: queen (1) plus 2nd family room has a sleeper sofa

- Third Level: queen (1) and twin (2)

The kitchen has new (as of March 2018) Kenmore Elite kitchen appliances including a double oven. Comfortably seats 16 for meals: 6 at the breakfast table in the kitchen and 10 at the dining room table.

For outside entertainment: Dine on the elevated deck, relax in the brand new hot tub for six, sit by the firepit and roast marshmallows, or enjoy the screened-in porch. The house also comes with access for your entire group to the Stonewall Terrace swimming pool and we provide the beach towels.

For inside entertainment: relax in the 2 family rooms with Blue-Ray/DVD players and big screen TVs, play the huge selection of DVDs and board games, watch smart TVs in every room (with WiFi), or play pool at the pool table in the 2nd family room.

We provide certain condiments and spices, aluminum foil, plasticwrap, hand soap and "starter" trashbags, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.

There is ample parking - 2 driveways and an area across the street.

10% discount offered for fire, police, and military provided that the reservation is made in the name of the person whose name is on the government-issued, active ID. A copy of the ID must be provided with a copy of the rental agreement when making the reservation for the discount to apply.
