LUXURY LOG HOME-Pool Table, Xbox Kinect, Wii, Wifi
Welcome to Antlers Crossing -- a beautiful log home with soaring beams, luxury furnishings, and tons of entertainment options for folks of all ages!
Walk up to the house through a path of lavender. The great room features a large, antique gas log fireplace, leather sofas, comfy armchairs, high ceilings with gorgeous wooden beams. A rustic dining room and gourmet kitchen are nearby -- the kitchen has granite countertops, luxury stainless appliances, beautiful custom cabinetry, and is stocked with everything you'll need to cook for your guests. A deck off the dining room features a seating area and a large Weber gas grill for cooking out.
Two first floor bedrooms each have a queen bed (one with Westin Heavenly bed mattress) and share a full bath with an extra large tub and shower. There is also a closet with a washer and dryer.
Head up to the second floor and find the gorgeous master bedroom suite featuring a pillowtop king bed, vaulted ceiling, reading area, and a large flatscreen TV with a DVD player. It has a luxury bath with a high-end BainUltra jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and dual vanities. A loft on the second floor has a 50' HDTV with premium cable, a Sony Nintendo Wii with games for family play time, and a bookcase with a variety of books and movies for all ages.
On the lower level you'll find a large rec room with a full-size pool table, a super comfy poker/game table, a big screen tv, an X-Box Kinect play area, and lots of boardgames. A fourth bedroom on the lower level is a bunkroom style kids will love. It has 2 bunk beds made of logs - each one has a twin bed over a full bed. This bedroom has a 3rd full bath.
The lower level has a second deck -- this one, like the one off the dining room, overlooks a small seasonal stream. Relax and watch the many birds and deer in the woods.
This log home is located inside the Massanutten Resort and very close to many of the activities and amenities -- we're only about a minute by car from most of them.
We provide linens/pillows for all beds. When you arrive you will find they are all made up for you, ready to go, unlike many rental homes in the resort. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and serve meals -- just bring your food.
We also provide a pack-n-play and a high-chair in the house for those with babies (bring your own linens for pack-n-play), and we have a full closet of toys for infants, toddlers, and young children, so you don't need to bring too much with you.
In the summer, we provide a Guest Pass so that our visitors can use the private Owners Swimming Pool in the resort - just up the road.
Non-Smoking, No Pets Property: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property (outside or inside). And although we understand that many pet lovers travel with their furry friends, this home does not allow pets....Read more

This cabin could not have been more perfect. It was a real log home, with high ceilings in the main area and beautiful wood beams. Just what you want for a mountain retreat. The kitchen had gorgeous granite and everything was high quality - cooking was a breeze. We loved the comfy leather furniture and OMG best sleep ever mattresses. So much to do in the house - pool, two different video games, boardgames, bluetooth speaker so we could play our own music... Outside was great too. A little stream made great tinkling noise - very relaxing and our kids played in the glade behind the house - they had a great time exploring and we were able to watch them and the deer right from the two back decks. At the end of each day, we'd walk two houses up and onto the golf course (it's allowed) -- the kids loved walking on the golf cart "roads", looking for balls, and watching groundhogs. The place was spotless and super clean. This isn't one of those rentals with basic furniture and plates and beds and stuff where the owners are all about making money. This is clearly someone's well-loved home and it shows in all the little decorating touches and extra things they do for guests - baskets with extra soaps, shampoos, etc in case you forgot something, bath gels in the showers, welcome tin with candy. And the owner even took time to find coupons for our stay - we used a bunch of them and saved a lot of money. Pick this one, you'll be glad you did.

This review is going to echo others, but because it was so absolutely wonderful, I can't help but to chime in. I decided to rent a cabin and stay with 11 of my closest friends to celebrate turning 30 y/o, and it was the best celebration I've ever had in my life. The Cabin: We were impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the cabin from the moment we walked in. We felt at home. The cabin is not lacking in amenities or household essentials including linens, extra linens, dinnerware and cutlery for a party of at least 20, Tupperware, even aluminum foil, plastic wrap and ziplock bags were included. There was plenty of seating with a seating area on each of the 3 floors. My guests were nice and cozy and really enjoyed the ambiance both in and outside the cabin. The activities: Massanutten offers zip lining, skiing, snow tubing, go karting, a spa resort and mini golf, amongst other activities and all were within a 5 minute drive of the property - perfect location! The Staff: Here's the kicker... The maintenance staff is just a call away. Our toilette backed up, but the staff quickly and happily resolved the issue. Also, the night before we were leaving it snowed so heavily our Jeep got stuck and there was nothing my husband or myself could do to free it. Along came the snow crew en route to clean our steps. They stopped to help us, even hooking up our Jeep to their truck to pull it out. If it wasn't for them, we'd still be struggling to get home. All I can say is well done and I can't wait to return! - Thanks for an amazing weekend getaway!
“Our 2013 Family Vacation was fantastic in Massanutten”

The house is lovely. We especially loved the scripture throughout the house which were appreciated by our Christian family, yet subtle enough so as to be inoffensive to the non-believers. Additionally, we loved the LCD & led TVs, and how really very nice the house was furnished. This house is more than a simple rental. It is ready to be lived in straight away. The appliances were new and top-notch, and attention to detail in fit and finish was evident throughout. My husband was taking pictures for decorating tips at our own home.
We loved the pool table, wi-fi, karaoke with many selections available, X-box Kinect, the Wii, and the numerous Dvds available for optional movie watching.
We will remember fondly our boys making blanket forts in the basement bedroom, am coffee on the front and back porches, seeing 4 bears (none in Massanutten, but close!), numerous deer (One Buck, Mamma's and Bambi's), and a very happy 5 y/o wearing his Dad out at the indoor/outdoor water park only minutes from antler's Crossing.

We took our four kids ages 13 - 18 months for a weekend of skiing and snowboarding. Antler's Crossing blew us away from the moment we walked in. It is beautifully appointed, comfortable, immaculate and welcoming. The house is a real gem.
The bedrooms are roomy and the beds are absurdly comfortable. The kitchen is gorgeous - all new appliances. Flat screen TVs everywhere. Wii and Xbox Kinect for the kids. Mom and Dad got to relax in front of the fire with a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night. The sun comes streaming through the gabled windows flooding the house with natural light.
The master suite is charming and romantic with an incredible master bath. The kids rooms were comfy and well decorated. We loved the high ceilings, exposed beams and hardwood floors everywhere.
The resort itself is fantastic and the house is close to everything - the slopes, the hiking trails, the golf course. The kids were in heaven. they skied and boarded all day and after great dinners at the local restaurants (Hanks BBQ and the Thunderbird Cafe), played games and read books until turning in at night.
We drove down on a Friday evening from Northern Va and battled traffic. Needless to say, we were all a little cranky from the drive. But that all melted away the moment we stepped through the doors. The words "awesome," "beautiful" and "Wow!" kept emanating from the excited mouths of the older three kids.
This is a great place for familes with kids of any age - babies to tots to teens to college kids. It would be a great place for a romantic getaway for couples or for a group of friends to just go and take advantage of the resort and the natural beauty of the place.
We hated leaving on Sunday. We will definitely go back every year!
Antler's Crossing gets 5 stars!!
