Great house with wonderful amenities including a fantastic lanai with grill. There are great beaches nearby! We loved the accessibility to the north and south parts of the island! A fabulous home away from home!

This was a beautiful condo. We had a party of 6, we made a trip to Costco so we would be able to eat most of our meals at the condo, although the kitchen was stocked, it was lacking in cooking utensils, the only pan large enough to cook for 6 was a wok. There were no spices, cofee grinder, had to go purchase all of these things. The price we were charged I felt should have included a few extras. The property also featured wonderful outdoor spaces, only problem was there was only furniture to use on one of them, a lounge chair or two would have been nice! The second week of our vacation , we stayed at another condo...much cleaner and better equipt.

Would echo all the positive comments in other posts about the property being well furnished, convenient to shopping and having great amenities. Our kids throughly enjoyed the neighborhood pool and beach club. We've stayed on most of the islands and this is our second trip to the big island. All in all the best stay we've ever enjoyed.

We've stayed at this vacation home at least four times now and we wouldn't choose any other location on the Big Island. It is located in a quiet, gated community, perfect for children of all ages. It's just a short, scenic walk to the ocean for those beautiful Hawaiian sunsets. Whether it's snorkeling, boogie boarding, swimming, shopping or just relaxing this is a fantastic location.

The property was beautiful however is was located too far away from the ATA Conference hotel, Marriot. (Our fault for not checking the actual location.) Upon arrival the hot water heater was unplugged and turned off resulting in no hot water. Nothing in the users manual mentioned the hot water heater. The wireless modem would not connect via the wi-fi only via a direct cable connection to the modem. When I called the prop mgr to explain our dilemma, I was a little put off by their response. Ultimately I was able to resolve both issues on my own. I never heard back from the prop mgr. Thank you.

It was great to have beach club access, loved the proximity to Foodland, we enjoyed the walking trails to Mauna Lani and the Orchid, it was nice to have the the pool/fitness center close by, and the unit itself was as nice as home. I never wanted to stay in condos before, but 512 unit changed my mind. I can't wait to go back. It really made for a very relaxing and wonderful vacation.

The condo was immaculate, well appointed and well situated, that is, close to shops and within 10 minutes to a beach. My only observation would be that there was very little sunlight inside the condo so during the day the condo had low natural lighting.

We only had a minor glitch with our property due to the need to switch to a different property. The new property suited all of our needs and judging from the location, we were more pleased with the new location which put us closer to the pool and off the main road. The only oversight was the directions to the new property which I did not receive but a few phone calls the day of our arrival took care of that no problem. Once we were at the property, we realized the water to the downstairs bathroom needed to be turned on as well as the circulation pump for the water heater. We received a quick response from the property's manager and owner. We would definitely hope to stay there again.
