The upper level is a has the master bedroom with king bed. There are 2 bathrooms, one on each floor.- This condo is about 1,000 sq ft with open beam ceilings with ceiling fans, and a wonderful 10'x20' screened lanai. Our mountain-side unit usually has a gentle trade-wind breeze throughout.
The complex has a tropical pool, paddle tennis, 2 gas BBQ's and is bordered by natural surroundings.
The beach is a 3 minute walk from the Q3 condo, with several others also nearby.
Paniolo Hale is located on Molokai's West end and on the ocean. There is Kepuhi Beach right in front and it is great for surfing in the winter months and perfect for swimming/snorkeling in the summer months. Just a short walk over the old golf course is the Papohaku Beach to the longest white sand beach in the state of Hawaii. Very rough in the winter months and cannot swim, but awesome to watch the waves break in and in the summer months great for long ocean swims and shell finding. A short walk to the left brings you to Make Horse with lots of little tide pools for taking a cold tub or letting the little ones catch the little fish. Nice beach hike can be done from Paniolo Hale to the point.
West side is about 5 minutes to Maunaloa town where there is a small market open daily to 5PM. 15 minutes is to the airport. 20 minutes take a Cook House with indoor and outdoor seating, the coffee Plantation, Coffees of Hawaii which has a coffee bar and Wi-Fi and a gift shop, along with some other shops.
Kaunakakai Town is about 30 minutes and that is where most of the groceries, art shops, gift stores, mini markets, restaurants, equipment rentals and our county offices. The east end of Molokai with other great little beaches, a playground for the little ones and a small market with takeout foods is a good hour drive. There are many things to see and do on Molokai but most are all outdoors. If you like to paddle rent a kayak or Stand up board and paddle over our barrier reef. Molokai is about entertaining yourselves, although Hotel Molokai on a Friday Night is entertaining itself! Come see, Come stay!
