A luxurious, non-smoking, two bedrooms plus two bathrooms' apartment, located at Fresh Water Place. One of the best properties in Melbourne. The apartment is next to the iconic Yarra river and opposite the Crown Casino; walking distance to sporting, entertainment and cultural venues. There are stunning views across Melbourne's northern CBD and across Port Phillip Bay from its 38th floor. The apartment is beautifully appointed with stylish white leather furniture, and well equipped with state of the art appliances (dishwasher, micro-wave, washing machine, clothes dryer ) and all kitchen accessories, as well as basic cooking ingredients, oil, salt etc. It is equipped with two televisions (lounge and main bedroom) free Wi Fi, and stereo. There is also a leather sofa in the living room big enough to sleep a child-if need itThe apartment caters well for a maximum of 5 adults plius one child or three adults and two children children or two adults and 4 children.

Guests also have access to gymnasiums, swimming pools and BBQ facilities located in the apartment complex (10th floor) and a theatre room with kitchen facilities. Fresh Waters Apartments have 24 hour security and concierge services.
