This delightful second floor apartment, without lift access, is situated in an original 1960s apartment building. It has been recently refurbished, including a kitchen and bathroom makeover. Refer to images for further details.
All our apartments and homes are located in residential buildings, and your neighbours are long term residents. Staying with us means you can live like a local! As part of that experience, we expect that at all times you be respectful and mindful of neighbouring residents, and their expectation of peaceful enjoyment of their homes. This is especially true when entering or exiting the property, and when in outside areas such as balconies, courtyards and common property areas. Noise from inside and outside the property must be inaudible by other residents between 10pm and 8am and at a level that does not interfere with neighbouring residents' peaceful enjoyment of their homes at all other times.
Parties, gatherings, functions are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
All our properties are STRICTLY NON SMOKING.
In the interest of being green, we ask guests to ensure that lights/heating/cooling etc., are switched off when not in property, and when checking-out. Excessive usage may be charged.
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is up to 10am. Check in/out procedures are detailed via email once reservation is confirmed.
Any damages and/or losses to property or contents must be immediately reported to us via email. All damages and/or losses to property or contents are the express responsibility of the Guest making booking and any of the Guest's Invitees. So, you or your guests will be responsible and are obliged to pay for any damages and/or losses to property or contents.
It is a requirement that the property be maintained in a clean and tidy state at all times during your stay, and that it is left in a reasonable state of cleanliness and tidiness at exit, that does not require extra cleaning or tidying in order to prepare for incoming guests. There will be a charge for extra cleaning. Complimentary interim housekeeping (if applicable) provides fresh bed linen, bath towels, general clean and tidy, but not a complete housekeeping service as provided before check-in. Property must be in a reasonable state of cleanliness and tidiness in order for housekeeping to be able to carry out complimentary interim housekeeping.

Richmond is a busy bustling, inner city suburb made colorful by the varied backgrounds of those (email: hidden) and work there. Once working class industrial areas they became home to a large Greek population from the 1950’s and then later attracted many people from South East Asia, particularly Vietnam.
The close proximity to the city and sporting venues such as the MCG, home to the AFL (Aussie Rules Football) and Laver Arena, make this part of town popular with tourists and locals alike.
While you can walk down Victoria Street with its fascinating array of Asian produce and great restaurants and imagine you’re in Saigon, you can also enjoy some fantastic Greek dips and moussaka in Swan Street! Many tourists and indeed those from all over Melbourne head to Bridge Road, home to fashion factory outlets including, Esprit, Country Road, Sportsgirl, just to name a few and almost any other fashion outlet you can think of. You can also enjoy a wide range of great food and drinking places too.
Many of the factories that once existed in Richmond and Abbotsford have now been converted into stylish apartments or glamorous commercial premises. Try and spot Kylie Minogue’s converted wheat silo apartment shaped like a rusty ship!

Great location and nice light and bright apartment. Quiet too. So much nicer to stay in these apartments than a hotel - no banging doors, noisy plumbing or reception to negotiate every time you walk in and out. Great not to have to pay extra for off street parking also. The guys from apartment2C look after these apartments well, they'are always clean and have everything you need. Enjoyed watching a few movies that were provided with the rental.
We're happy to see you enjoyed the apartment and its central location.

I stayed a month in this apartment and found that it met my needs for a comfortable and inexpensive (for Melbourne) residence. The apartment was clean, quiet, sunny, comfortable, and in a neighborhood full of restaurants, shops and cafes. Best of all, there are several tram stops within a block or so, so getting around is easy. Another plus was the coin-operated laundry facilities located on each floor.
We’re very happy to see that you enjoyed your stay, finding the location wonderful and the apartment itself clean, sunny and comfortable and within walking distance of public transport, all of which are important considerations when choosing short stay accommodation.

Awesome location, very, very clean. Had all the little incidentals for easy living. The chairs are cute...But no couch!! therefore 6/10 for comfort. Bed was comfy though!!!
